from 05 UT towards 59degr central and east Asia path
via arctic Alaska into southern US Yankee states like OK.15530 is 5-8 UT towards western central Europe
(and further into New England WBCQ Land, hi) 15540 DRM mode encoded (ex 11970 kHz), is usual UTC afternoon 16-21 UT
instead.

Tuned via UTwente, it`s 15514.706 and very distorted S9. Much clearer English but somewhat distorted still, on 15530 S9+25, which is also splattering between 15500 and 15560.
