It seems that Voice of Vietnam has shifted their freq up 1 kc to 12020 vice 12019.  First noticed this yesterday morning.  This may have occurred on the first day of the month but didn't monitor that day so not sure of that.  Eibi still shows 12019.

The station has dropped its Hot AC format and is running Local Radio
Network's classic country format outside of the local DJ hosted classic
country morning show. The station ID's as The mighty 1290 and will make
reference to 96.7, 96.7 KSOB or Kansas Country 96.7 at times.

Listen for me as the overnight DJ 11pm to 5am central 7 days a week

Same situation is on 9839.7v. Now is on nominal 9840

They’ve been waivwring between 12019 and 12020 for years

If you send them a reception report for 10219 they’ll QSL that. If you
send them a reception report for 12020 they’ll QSL that.

They’ll QSL 12019 and 12020 for the same broadcast based on reports from
two different people .

I’m not sure if anyone has ever gotten an exact measurement.
