first-order circa 13631 is S6-S7. Also on plus side, 13769 but much
stronger than 13838. So the regular spurblob-producing transmitter is
back instead of the weaker off-frequency-minus one. But earlier today
these reports:

1405 UT" --- so after that they changed transmitters and came back on

has been substituted. Meanwhile, Ivo Ivanov, Bulgaria found another
such: 6099.86 at 12-14. He thinx the same Bauta transmitter would be
on 15140v from 19 in Arabic, 20 in English; but at 1739 and 1940, it's
within a fraxion of 1 Hz from 15140.00 per Bonaire SDR.
