It was a question I asked.  I got several replies and some good info. 
They helped but so far I have not found what I was looking for. I don't 
think such a thing for AMBCB DXing or SWL exists. I'm all for it.
I'd love to hear / see your ideas. As a Ham I use 
http://www.dxsummit.fi/#/ and a telnet based one called dxspots.com
I like these two because I can filter what spots I see or don't see. I 
frequently have both of them up filtered different ways.

I was up early for some Daylight Savings Time DX. This morning here in L.A. County I was hearing a test tone pretty solid from the Northeast on 1490 khz. 'Anybody else catch that?

Also, down on 550 'nulled out KUZZ in Bakesfield and KRAI Craig CO was just booming in with local weather, station promo and ID, country music. 'Always nice to hear them.

Work continues on the IRCA Convention happening in September.

Glad you like the XHDATA D-808 Mike. I recently brought one on vacation to
Dunedin FL and I logged about 225 stations in 5 weeks. The farthest was
CFAC 960, in Calgary Alberta. I find the sound at 3 khz AM mode is
excellent for DXing. Jim, back home in the snow
