TWN R Taiwan 22-24 UT on even 9900 kHz underneath.
S=9+15dB peak signal in parts
on Brabant (Belgium-Netherlands) Perseus unit remote access.
Listen to the recorded mp3 file this Nov 12,
and Cairo stopped empty carrier at 22.53:31 UTC,
when CNR1 jamming against RTI TWN on 9900even kHz remained on channel.

R Cairo's SW service heard often irregular now,
since April 2018 reliable on air then.

Strong carrier with distorted audio, clear at times. No doubt that its
Cairo.
I can't remember the last time the English service was on SW but its
been quite a while, although they have continued to register a limited
entry in the HFCC for several years,  so there was always a chance that
they might return. Now it just needs someone to sort out the modulation!
