Missed checking the Sunday 2130 on SWR, Germany, 3975 & 6160. Anyone?

Confirmed UT Monday April 15 at 0030 on WRMI 7780, S9 offbeam into
Maryland SDR, but that includes heavy continuous OTH radar? noise. To
ear and to eye on the waterfall, it extends only from 7770 to 7783. I
bring up another closer to bore for comparison, but stops abruptly at
0037 and does not resume. Anyhow, S7/S9+5 into Mississippi. It seems
the one in Louisiana is still there but no longer IDed as Maurice, and
anyhow does not connect now. There is also one showing later in
Querétaro, closest to SW angle from Okee and indeed getting 7780 much
better. I think owned by an American active MWDXer who lives there.

so. Something`s always wrong at RHC. Aside from that, program
modulation is OK. AMNarrow gets rid of the squeal. 1934 Caribbean
Island show: Grenada and its relations with Cuba. 11760 is off this

world would they let it transmit for long hours/days/months in such a

14, when I hear via Argentine remote the WRMI 9955 play at 0000, S9+5
already starting, until about 0000.4 when I am faded out by IRRS to be
replaced by fill music! This is because `Feature Story News` has to
run at 2330. I have asked them before to let us air completely from
2330 to 2359 - then FSN, fill music or whatever!

Also confirmed UT Sunday April 14 from 0340.5 on WA0RCR, 1860 AM,
S9+20 into nearby remote; delayed by the almost interminable Houston
Hamsat net playback, and then for less than 15 minutes, ARRL News - so
once you hear that you know WOR will be along shortly. Vern has to

frequencies. Yet the frequency sked atop shows System L on 7730 during
those hours. Yet the System L yellowsked itself shows 5950 only! This
error affects many other programs and programmmes, such as Encore,
RNEI, RFPI, R. Carpathia, CQ Calling, The Mighty KBC, Rosie`s Retro
Wave.

Also confirmed UT Thursday April 11 at 0130 on WRMI 9395, S9/+10 into
NH SDR; 5010 JBA S3/S4, USB tuning because of RTTY on LSB. Bonaire,
5010 S9/+10 also vs RTTY circa 5007. Never noted that before on any
remote or direct.

Also confirmed Thursday April 11 at 1636 the 1630 on SW Radio,
Germany, 6160.001, S9/+10 into UTwente. But ACI from 6165 CRI English
`The World Today` ending at 1659 from ``CGTN Radio``: contrary to EiBi
& Aoki which show 6165 with CRI Turkish until 1700 from Urumqi site;
continues English after 1700, listed as Beijing site.

TOMBS. I suspect no one at station keeps an ear on this overnight,
tsk2. Surely there be someone on staff who can`t get enough BS (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. ``Glenn, The squeal on WWCR is caused by the solid state
modulator control card telling the transmitter controller that the
power module associated with that control card is ready to come on
line but the power module is not working properly. The controller
tries to fire the non-working power module. This causes a hole in the
audio which is perceive as a SQUEAL on air. I have had problems at
WTWW with this after repairing power modules that still had a problem.

working OK now, 9475 power being increased gradually. Had to clean out
some horrible green stuff Ted`s stepson had put in it. Bob may be
