one day after the Mali military coup, the CRI Africa relay broadcasts are
back on the air in Bamako Mali relay site.

7295 and 11975 kHz CRI Bamako relay, Mandarin Chinese, 23-24 UT, noted at
S=9 or -71dBm sidebandlobe signal into southern Germany at 23.30 UT on Aug
19, S=9 or -71dBm in Stuttgart.

On August 23 from 0400-0600 UTC, there will be a  test transmission of >From the Isle of Music and Uncle Bill's Melting Pot on Channel 292, 9670 Khz.  Then, the rest of the schedule for these programs for the week is as follows:

From the Isle of Music, August 23-29:
This week, we present a Cuban concert hall with a variety of academic music.
The broadcasts take place:
1. For Eastern Europe but audible well beyond the target area in most of the Eastern Hemisphere (including parts of East Asia and Oceania) with 100Kw, Sunday 1500-1600 UTC on SpaceLine, 9400 KHz, from Sofia, Bulgaria (1800-1900 MSK)
2. For the Americas and parts of Europe, Tuesday 0000-0100 on WBCQ, 7490 kHz from Monticello, ME, USA (Monday 8-9PM EDT in the US).
3 & 4. For Europe and sometimes beyond, Tuesday 1900-2000 UTC and Saturday 1200-1300 UTC on Channel 292, 6070 kHz from Rohrbach, Germany.

at 1219 UT; super jamming still up on ex6045 kHz.
