audiblize squeal on transmitter, much like WEWN; could it be the same
model? Something`s always erroneous at Emirler.

TURKEY. 5960, Jan 3 at 2302, NO signal from VOT English to North
America, into Maryland SDR. Just in case also checking UTwente, where
it pounds in on the way to us - not there either at 2307, but weak
Chinese is already on instead of *2310. Now that makes a JBA carrier
into Maryland. Still no TRT at 2355. Something`s always erroneous at
Emirler.

TURKEY [and non]. 5960, Jan 4 at 2333, VOT manages to transmit
today unlike yesterday, during a recipe, S9+35/40 into UTwente, +18 Hz
carrier offset with some hum but sufficient modulation.
2359 recheck now Chinese is dominant, but ripple SAH from another
carrier, maybe TRT remnant but soon off. 2400 timesignal and anthem,
ZRGD ID, now reading +12 Hz carrier offset.
