** ARGENTINA [non]. See USA: WRMI
** TURKEY. 11785.009, June 8 at 2204 direct, S9/+10 but just barely modulated, still at 2216. But when I check UTwente, where measured, at 2228 outroducing `The Energy Agenda`, into music, it`s S9+45/50 with sufficiently good modulation altho slightly less than also strong Romania 11800. 2241 `Turkey`s Geomarked Products` about some kind of goat/sheep milk into cream/butter (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2246 monitoring: confirmed UT Saturday June 8 at 0400 on WTWW 5085, S9+15/30 into Maryland SDR. Also confirmed Saturday June 8 at 1448 the 1430 on SW Gold Radio, Gemany, 6160.001, S7/S9 into UTwente. Missed checking Saturday June 8 at 1600 on WRN N America & Europe webcasts, but very reliable. Also confirmed Saturday June 8 at 1730 on SW Gold Radio, Germany, 6160.001, S8/9+5, and 3975.003, S8/S9 both into UTwente. Also confirmed Saturday June 8 at 1930 on WRMI webcast only, and WRN N America webcast, almost synchronized. Also confirmed Saturday June 8 from 2025 on WA0RCR, 1860 AM, MO, VG into nearby SDR, almost an hour after nominal 1930v, following `TWIAR`. Next: 2300 UT Saturday WTWW 9475 0000 UT Sunday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast; jammed?]; 0230vUT Sunday WA0RCR 1860-AM [nominal 0315; as late as 0500]; 0930 UT Sunday IRRS 9510 [NEW]; 1902vUT Sunday IRRS 1323-Italy [ex 2000]; 2130 UT Sunday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 2330 UT Sunday WRMI 7570 to NW [NEW]; 0030 UT Monday WRMI 7780 to SW; 0300vUT Monday WBCQ Area 51 6160v to WSW; 0830 UT Monday SW Radio, Germany 6160; 1930 UT Monday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 0330 UT Tuesday WRMI 7780 to SW [irregular?]; 1300 UT Tuesday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast; jammed?]; 2330 UT Tuesday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 2330 UT Tuesday SW Radio, Germany 3975; 1930 UT Wednesday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 2100 UT Wednesday WBCQ 7490v to WSW; 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 5010 to S; 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 1630 UT Thursday SW Radio, Germany 6160. As noncommercial services, financial support appreciated. By MO or check in US$ on a US bank to: Glenn Hauser, P O Box 1684, Enid OK 73702. One may also contribute via PayPal, not necessarily in US funds, to: woradio at yahoo.com (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 9955, Sat June 8 at 0614, WRMI with news in Spanish all about ARGENTINA, S9/+25. Surely RAE relay but at totally unsked time and frequency. 9955 used to stay on overnight on UT Sat & Sun only with TOMBS. And still as such this hour on the System E, TOMBS sked. But current System B sked shows at 06-10 UT, World Radio Network, and Internet only except weekends 9955! WRN`s own A24 sked for N America, and Europe, at 0600 UT shows Deutsche Welle (in English, of course). The separate WRMI grid for RAE relays shows Spanish only at 01-02 Tue-Sat on 9455. Somethings` very odd at Okeechobee! (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) This report dispatched at 2243 UT June 8

** CUBA. Surveying RHC usage, UT Sat June 8 at 0046-0051: 11760 OFF. 11950 S9+15/25 of dead air or possibly JBM: supposedly sked 23-24 UT only and // 6000 which is now OFF. Nowhere else on 25m. 9700, 9650, 9535 all OFF. 9710 has S7/S9 weak music, presumably CRI `Portuguese` music fill via Kashgar, EAST TURKISTAN, std. denunciation. 15140 & 15230 OFF. However the domestix on 4765 & 5025 are ON, vs HSNL. 5990 CRI relay music undermodulated S9+5/10.
0113 recheck into Maryland SDR: 15230 is now ON with S9+5 of dead air. And so still 11950. 6000 still off. 9580 S9+20/30 undermodulated CRI English. Then I`ve set it to 9699 USB with slight 10 dB of squelch to tonally notify me if and when 9700 cut on: still not by 0204, just some occasional lightning crashes break thru, nothing but those by 0259. 6000 still off at 0210, 0258, no English. The Other Side: ``Repression --- Cuban mothers shoulder the burden of their children's political prison sentences: 'We have to scream' --- An 11-J protester calls for solidarity with prisoners with mental illnesses who are suffering mistreatment and discrimination in Cuban jails. DDC Madrid 04 Jun 2024 - 19:12 CEST...`` https://diariodecuba.com/derechos-humanos/1717521161_55216.html (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** SPAIN. 17855, Fri June 7 at 2158, SNR S9+30/40 direct, 2200 token English, previewing part 2 of Book Fair report, and later, Flamenco Festival in London. Only Marilyn Quintana; and they always also mention behind-the-scenes support names. 2201 news starts with South Africa vs Israel over Gaza at International Court of Justice. 2206 already Feria del Libro, interviewing a bookstore owner where business is not so good. Now I find that 17715 for S America is unusually almost as good as 17855 for us, i.e. S9+10/20, better than off the back to ME 15520, only S8/S9; and 15390 for Africa S7/S9 with an echo, long/short path? Theoretically 15520 would more likely echo but too strong already directly off the back (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** TURKEY. 11785, June 7 at 2158, zero signal direct from VOT, which ought to show since Romania 11800 is quite audible. 2203 algo on 11785 much weaker than 11780 Brasil. UTwente chex later at 2220, 2231, 2240: VOT definitely absent in English. Not on 11795 mispunch either. 9875 overrun? not checked until 2254, but no. Something`s always erroneous at Emirler. So they also miss a chance not to German at 2300. 7275.018, June 8 at 0316, however, final repeat of the previous UT day is on, S9+15/25 into UTwente during music. // 6165.005, aimed away, is S8/S9, and diminishing. 0325 multi-lingual ID filler reel. 0328 `Turkish Folk Tales` about friendship. 0335 music. Some distortion on the 7275+ modulation. 0340 ``always by your side`` promo. 0341 `That`s Why` by Ms Badax, about Roman Empire... (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2246 monitoring: confirmed Friday June 7 at 2202 on WRMI 9955, S9+10/20 direct atop slight pulse jamming; may have come on a bit late as not there at 2158 while 9395 & 9455 were well audible, and meanwhile checking Spain and Turkey. Also confirmed Friday June 7 at 2230 on SW Gold Radio, Germany, 3975.004, S9/+10 into UTwente. Next: 0400 UT Saturday WTWW 5085; 1430 UT Saturday SW Radio, Germany 6160; 1730 UT Saturday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 1930vUT Saturday WA0RCR 1860-AM [1900/2030]; 2300 UT Saturday WTWW 9475 0000 UT Sunday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast; jammed?]; 0230vUT Sunday WA0RCR 1860-AM [nominal 0315; as late as 0500]; 0930 UT Sunday IRRS 9510 [NEW]; 1902vUT Sunday IRRS 1323-Italy [ex 2000]; 2130 UT Sunday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 2330 UT Sunday WRMI 7570 to NW [NEW]; 0030 UT Monday WRMI 7780 to SW; 0300vUT Monday WBCQ Area 51 6160v to WSW; 0830 UT Monday SW Radio, Germany 6160; 1930 UT Monday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 0330 UT Tuesday WRMI 7780 to SW [irregular?]; 1300 UT Tuesday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast; jammed?]; 2330 UT Tuesday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 2330 UT Tuesday SW Radio, Germany 3975; 1930 UT Wednesday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 2100 UT Wednesday WBCQ 7490v to WSW; 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 5010 to S; 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 1630 UT Thursday SW Radio, Germany 6160. Pre-`AAAWWW` check of WBCQs, June 7 at 2341, into Maryland SDR: 3265+ and 5130+ still OFF. 6160 - 70 Hz = 6159.93 TOMBS? 7490 -71 Hz = 7489.929, S9+20/25 FKB. 9330.000, S9+15 of WLCR Brazuguese. After 0000 UT Sat June 8, on 7490- ONLY, disclaimer that following AAAWWW originally aired Friday January 26, 2024. So now it`s the seventh rerun in a row! I already reported on that one when new. Where are A&A now and why are they not producing new shows? As usual, not a clue on the WBCQ website and I can`t follow twits if any on X (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 9455, June 8 at 0040, WRMI is S9+20/30 but just barely modulated = JBM: YL talk intonation sounds Japanese? Yes, RAE relay in Japanese sked this hour Tue-Sat. 9395 is much better modulated, Wavescan sked - is it no longer attributed to AWR? Adrian Peterson is retired, and AWR HQ ignores it on own skeds. Also compare to 9955 where WRMI is as usual somewhat undermodulated, worse than 9395, better than 9455 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 9265V, June 8 at 0038, WINB carrier is wobbly, as obvious tuned to 9264-USB; has been worse and has been better (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 12050, June 8 at 0048, no signal from WEWN Spanish - nor have noticed it last few days nor in afternoon - gone again or forever? (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR0 UNIDENTIFIED [and non]. 7290-7306 & 7428-7444 both approx., and 16-kHz wide, OTH radar clickery sounding the same in both spans, June 8 at 0035; hits AM signal on 7295, I think a broadcaster rather than hAM. Per EiBi, at 0030-0100 only, it`s BBC via VATICAN in Dari; not Violating Separation Of Church And State since UKQOGBANI is also a theocracy: just ask King Charles! ** OKLAHOMA. KFOR-TV, channel 4 [RF 27], OKC, is celebrating its 75th anniversary, originally WKY-TV, and interimly KTVY. A half-hour special, `Visionaries`, aired June 6 at 2330 UT: rather self-congratulatory, and I was disappointed it did not include 3-D Danny and Foreman Scotty! Looking for that show on website unfinds it, but lots of bits and pieces including many others that did not make it on that show: https://kfor.com/kfor-channel-4-archives/ (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR)
** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2246 monitoring: confirmed Friday June 7 at 2030 on IRRS via AM Italia, 1322.995 kHz, S8 but noisy across Europe to UTwente. Next: 2200 UT Friday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast; jammed?]; 2230 UT Friday SW Radio, Germany 3975; 0400 UT Saturday WTWW 5085; 1430 UT Saturday SW Radio, Germany 6160; 1730 UT Saturday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 1930vUT Saturday WA0RCR 1860-AM [1900/2030]; 2300 UT Saturday WTWW 9475 0000 UT Sunday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast; jammed?]; 0230vUT Sunday WA0RCR 1860-AM [nominal 0315; as late as 0500]; 0930 UT Sunday IRRS 9510 [NEW]; 1902vUT Sunday IRRS 1323-Italy [ex 2000]; 2130 UT Sunday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 2330 UT Sunday WRMI 7570 to NW [NEW]; 0030 UT Monday WRMI 7780 to SW; 0300vUT Monday WBCQ Area 51 6160v to WSW; 0830 UT Monday SW Radio, Germany 6160; 1930 UT Monday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 0330 UT Tuesday WRMI 7780 to SW [irregular?]; 1300 UT Tuesday WRMI 9955 to SSE [also web-, phonecast; jammed?]; 2330 UT Tuesday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 2330 UT Tuesday SW Radio, Germany 3975; 1930 UT Wednesday SW Radio, Germany 3975 & 6160; 2100 UT Wednesday WBCQ 7490v to WSW; 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 5010 to S; 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 9395 to NNW; 1630 UT Thursday SW Radio, Germany 6160. One may also contribute via PayPal, not necessarily in US funds, to: woradio at yahoo.com (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) UNIDENTIFIED. 28251.6, June 7 at 1501, propagation is very depressed but detect one JBA CW signal on 10m, the OPOB and OSOB. With such precise frequencies, one may make a tentative guess per the WGB list: ``28251.5 ED4YAK/B - Henares ESP IN80fk - #0/3 (29 May 2024) Note: ID + grid + 8" carr + 10" off 28251.5 KE5JXC/B - Pecan Island LA USA EL39sp - #0 (20 Feb 2024)`` Certainly more likely Louisiana than Spain (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) This report dispatched at 2043 UT June 7
