Inoltre, carissimi amici, domenica 1 novembre, proprio nell'anniversario
della Radio pubblica romena, vi diamo appuntamento alla "Giornata
dell'Ascoltatore" a Radio Romania Internazionale.

Il 2020 è stato un anno del tutto particolare, in senso negativo, per
l'intera umanità. Le vite di tutti noi sono state sconvolte dalla
pandemia di COVID-19. Le misure restrittive adottate dalle autorità,
nonchè la convivenza con un nemico invisibile hanno cambiato
fondamentalmente le nostre abitudini. Il distanziamento fisico, l'uso
della mascherina protettiva, le misure di igiene raccomandate
insistentemente dalle autorità, le lezioni online, il lavoro da remoto
compongono la nostra routine quotidiana.

Chiusi in casa durante il lockdown, senza poter vedere amici e parenti,
andare al ristorante o a vedere uno spettacolo, senza viaggiare
all'estero, abbiamo avuto e abbiamo bisogno di informazioni vere e
accertate. Purtroppo, la pandemia ha portato anche un'esplosione di
notizie false, disinformazioni, notizie sensazionalistiche, lanciate
nello spazio pubblico con o senza intenzione, soprattutto tramite le
reti sociali.

Per la Giornata dell'Ascoltatore 2020 a Radio Romania Internazionale, vi
rivolgiamo alcune domande: quali sono le vostre fonti di informazione
sulla pandemia e come riuscite ad operare un'accurata scelta tra le
notizie vere e quelle false? Che ruolo svolge la radio pubblica in tempi
di pandemia? Che ruolo solge una radio internazionale in questo periodo
di incertezza sociale prolungata?

Aspettiamo con interesse le vostre opinioni per inserirle nei nostri
programmi speciali del 1 novembre! Le potete inviare via e-mail,

This week's programme  starts with two movements from Mozart's second horn concerto followed by the third movement of Mahler's first symphony - The Titan. Some Sibelius next - part of his violin concerto, then Mendelssohn's overture to A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Lever du Jour from Ravel's ballet suite Daphnis and Cloe, a couple of very different pieces by Schubert, and some more Mozart finish the programme.
 
Channel 292 can be pulled live off the internet if the reception is poor in your location. Easy to find their site with a google search.

On the United Nations Day, October 24th, 2020, the SAQ transmitter in
Grimeton will again send out a message to the whole world on 17.2 kHz CW.

Programme:
16:30 (14:30 UTC): Startup and tuning of the Alexanderson Alternator SAQ.
17:00 (15:00 UTC): Transmission of a message from SAQ.

Only on our YouTube Channel
17:20 (15:20 UTC): Live music concert from the transmitter hall.

Anna Louise Ekman www.annalouiseekman.se will perform Swedish and
Italian songs, accompanied by a pianist.

The entire transmission event and the following concert can be seen live
at our YouTube Channel starting at 16:30 (15:30 UTC).

QSL Reports to SAQ
QSL reports to SAQ are very welcome and appreciated. This time we will
only accept reports via our ONLINE FORM (click link to enter your report).

The online form will be open from October 24th until November 6th.We
have no possibility to confirm reports received by Email / mail /
bureau.Amateur Radio Station SK6SAQ

The Amateur Radio Station with the call “SK6SAQ” will be QRV on the
following frequencies:


– 7.035 kHz CW or
– 14.035 kHz CW or
– 3.755 kHz SSB

QSL-reports to SK6SAQ are kindly received via:
– Email to info@alexander.n.se
– or via: SM bureau
– or direct by postal mail (see address above)

Two stations will be on the air most of the time.

Due to the Corona pandemic, there will be no visitors to the
transmission hall at the radio station during the transmission. The
association will try to carry out the transmission to the world from the
old Alexanderson alternator SAQ with minimal staff in place.
