Glenn Hauser logs November 19-20, 2021  View Printable Version
Saturday, November 20 2021

Logs
** CUBA. 11880, Nov 19 at 2317, RHC dead air with hum, S9/+20 when
French supposed to emit, as usually the case lately; I keep missing
chex at 2200 when supposed to be in English; 2340 during Portuguese,
with dead air, S9+10/20, but at 0000 Nov 20, 11880 is already off
instead of English. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

** SPAIN. 9690, Fri Nov 19 at 2300, a JBA carrier on the DX-398
portable where REE English bigsig ought to be audible, so off? No, at
2316 on the bigrig it`s S7-S8 but only VP with Spanish excerpt during
English. 12030 is JBA, and 11670 has a JBA carrier, not 11685. Recheck
on other bigrig at 2335, 9690 in French now makes S9/+10 (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** TURKEY. 5960, Nov 19 at 2300, VOT English JBA on portable, if
that`s it; 2318 on bigrig, S9+10/30 but very undermodulated (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2113 monitoring: Not confirmed
Friday Nov 19 at 1915 on IRRS 7290 & Italia AM 918: I forgot to point
out that we are pre-empted for Radio City once a month, third
Fridays.

Confirmed however next 918 kHz broadcast, Fri Nov 19 at 2130; via
Noale SDR good but slight underQRM; chops off air about 2158:30 before
I am finished during KERA TV DX item, uncovering sufficient signal
from Spain, Radio Inter IDs, promo for a car show on Sunday, time
signal on the hour.

Also confirmed Fri Nov 19 after 2330 on WRMI 5950, S9+10/20.

Not confirmed UT Sat Nov 20 at 0230 on WRMI 9395: NO signal, 9 MHz
band propagation horrible, unheard direct nor on numerous SDRs checked
in N & S America; but probably on the air. K index at 0300 only 2, no
storms, but we are entering dark winter nights with plunging MUFs.

** U S A. (7489.9v), UT Sat Nov 20 at 0100, WBCQ webcast starts
`AAAWWW`. I don`t even try SW now but earlier noticed that had
reverted to minus instead of plus side of 7490.000. First interjexion
in WTO theme is ``O, yeah``. Starts gloating about Kyle Rittenhouse
not-guilty verdict as if this is somehow a loss for false president
Biden. They hope Kyle will sue those who opposed the verdict. Etc.,
etc., usual political rants against moonbats = democrats = socialists
= communists. 0120 hopes trimulcasting on 7490, 6160, 4790.

Explains rerun 2 weeks ago: an hour before airtime a big oak tree fell
on house and power was out most of night. And last week no show
because out of town on business. 0123 datestamp as 19 of November,
YOOLF 2021. Refers to Vice President Kamala Harris, who was briefly
President today, as ``the clown``. 0135 rants that WBCQ has been
``punished`` by ``this government, the FCC`` for being religious and
conservative, i.e. about denying the WHRI acquisition. Usual vague
threats about lawsuits pending. Altho it is a matter of public record
that Allan`s own sister, Barbara, was instrumental in filing
opposition to the sale, I`ve never heard him mention her or hint that
it`s such a family matter. Another blind spot: FCC stalling of WHRI
sale started under the government of T****, but oops, He Can Do No
Wrong.

0138 complete change of subject, an article about evolution on the
grand scale such that advanced ETs would have developed into
Artificial Intelligence beings, and that may be the ultimate fate of
us mere flesh-and-blood carbon lifeforms. 0153 reads some items from
new Free Radio Weekly just out, never with enough detail to enable
further loggings. Emails: someone points out huge deficit T**** ran
up, is that OK? Sure, any tax breaks to big business trickle down,
good for us all. What happened last week with Tim Tron? He doesn`t
know. 0200 prayer as usual running over a minute past opening of Hal
Turner, JIP 0201. Here`s John Carver`s version listening on SW only:

``Tonight's show started on time on 4790 and 6160 but no signal on
7490. Allan and Angela in the studio. Opening talk about the trial in
MN. Then reads a piece sent to him from Camp Constitution. 6160 goes
to hell about then so have to switch to 4790 as there is still nothing
on 7490. Discussion about the piece and the government in general.
Then some talk about one of Allan's favorite things, the IRS. Allan
said that last week they were gone on business and the week before
when a rerun ran they were ready to start the show and a tree fell and
killed the power to their neighborhood. Then some Trump talk for
awhile. Also talks again about how they were persecuted for being
conservative, religious, believing in free speech and free thinking.
Also reads a piece that posits that AI will overtake humans in the
future and flesh and blood people will cease to exist and that ET is
actually AI. Then more discussion about this. Brief reading of emails
and starts off at 0153 with an overview of the Free Radio Weekly. The
computer at the station restores the feed for Brother Stair promptly
at 0200 cutting off Allan's show. No closing prayer this evening and
surprisingly no phone calls. John, Mid-North Indiana`` (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 6919.90 AM, Nov 19 at 2319, only hint of activity now on
pirate band is a trace of talk or music here. Some logs here think it
may be R. Pushka:
