NW, from this NE beam. It`s generously S9 but deficient also with a
wideband noise field, problematic in WRMI fades, and after 0506 also
some talking CCI, maybe 2-way SSB from algo? I never have such
problems via Maryland. Joe Ihnat, SW Pennsylvania, USA, presumably referring to the English
news bit, says, ``Also via WRMI at 1200 UT on 5010 (every day except
Friday?). Not really audible here, but I've been catching this one
when I can via one of the South Florida remotes.`` I guess that would
be on 12-hour delay from original broadcast after 0000. Also, referring to the Ukrainian announcements just before English,
