Heard them this morning around 1000 UTC on 4310.19 // 8620.38, with a poor sig. There was a het on 12930.57, but no audio.

Radio Vanuatu heard on 7932.04 on September 10th from tune in at 0530 UTC. Faded out around 0630.

Radio Vanuatu also heard on September 12th with slightly better signal from around 0600 UTC till sign off at 0659 UTC.

Nothing today September 13th. Not even a trace of a carrier.
