17 had been weak and somewhat not decoding, but not sure if them or my
antenna at fault. Now we know. I am not eager to have them back, and

claiming to be on 9395! Also before 0159 I compared 5850 modulation to
5800 & 5950 which were definitely louder and clearer. Also confirmed UT Friday July 8 at 0030 on WRMI 7780, JBA but slightly
better into Missouri than Maryland SDR, both vs HSNL = high storm
noise level. Unfortunately there are no Kiwis in Central America where

pulsing also, and now 20 kHz wide instead of 10! What is this? By this
