** AUSTRALIA. Re: 3210-USB, Unique Radio: I meant to say between
Sydney and Brisbane! Not Melbourne. Fixed:

** AUSTRALIA. 3210-USB, Unique Radio: see USA [non] WORLD OF RADIO.
Unique was originally in Gunnedah NSW, and has been off the air for
most of a year while being relocated to Manilla NSW. U.R. had been
referred to as in ``northwest NSW`` but both these are really in NE
NSW. In fact they are only 51.5 km or 32 miles apart. They are about
halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, but further inland; on Google
map there is a nearby place called New Mexico! Settled by immigrants?
...

** CHINA. 10960, June 6 at 1359, S3-S4 Chinese music, CNR1 jammer. No
others audible in the WOOB 11 or 13 MHz ranges (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

** CUBA. 6100, June 6 at 0603, this RHC English is off already; bodes
ill for Sunday Esperanto supposedly at 0700. 6000 however is unusually
still on after 0600. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 13761 & 13639 approx., June 6 at 1352, weak spurblobs out of
RHC 13700-AM, plus/minus ~61 kHz; no further multiples audible.
Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** MALI [non]. 5995, June 6 at 0603, ORTM is off again; while 6000 RHC
is still on (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** OKLAHOMA. See USA, FM notes mixed in

** ROMANIA. See UGANDA [non]

** UGANDA [non]. Kai Ludwig replies on WOR iog to my 15170 report:

[WOR] Uganda broadcast 15170 kHz --- Jun 5 at 11:26 PM

Some comments in the order of the points raised...

First, the way the transmissions start sound like cutting into a
running web radio stream. So this does not appear to be a really new
venture, just a limited shortwave relay being added to an already
existing internet radio station. If only there would be any hints at
what to search for... And indeed it really sounds like an effort by
people with no previous experience in radio production whatsoever. The
dedicated reference to CET could well be a hint at the location of
these people. I would not be surprised if it turns out to be Germany.

I assume that on May 15 the Union of Oromo Evangelical Churches
program audio appeared on 15170 kHz by mistake. Is this broadcast
really cancelled? It could also continue on 15515 kHz as scheduled or
at least shown at

https://www.nexus.org/member-services/radio-and-tv/schedules/a21-schedule/

There is of course no point at all in discussing the HFCC
registrations for 15170 kHz. And a huge signal far off the target area
could also indicate a poor directionality of the antenna.

Armenia: Could be, at least years ago Spaceline had a partnership with
the operator of the Gavar station. Still Kostinbrod would be the usual
suspect. Or Romania, in spite of all the equipment faults (it would
not hurt to check if perhaps a further RRI frequency is missing in the
1500-1600 hour). 19 metres is not too high to reach Central Europe
from the Balkans under broad daylight. Romania uses it for German,
Bulgaria used to do so as well. I think Finland, over a similar
distance, too. And here in eastern Germany the best BBC frequency from
late morning to afternoon used to be 15070 kHz...
Kai Ludwig``

BUT Dave Kenny, UK, replies to that:

``On 24 May I heard world music between 1500-1529 on 15170, then at
1529 a single Radio Romania International interval signal before the
transmitter went off air. This perhaps indicates the use of a
transmitter in Romania for the Ugandan opposition broadcast? The
Uganda broadcast seems to be on air mostly on Saturdays and Monday,
perhaps also on Sundays. 73s Dave``

And Kai Ludwig again:

``Aaah, this of course nails it. Also the audio processing pretty much
points at Romania, less at Kostinbrod and even less at Gavar. Just did
still not mention it as first bet because of the equipment failures.
(I understand the third transmitter at Tsiganeshti, originally
installed there as aux and, I understand, used for IRRS broadcasts on
earlier occasions, is written off for already some time?)

No transmissions of Radio Romania International are scheduled*) for
Galbeni between 1500 and 1530. So it seems that they squeeze the 15170
kHz transmission into this gap. Could be the first time since the days
of Radio Moldova International that this station transmits other
programming than Radio Romania.

And there would be no connection between this and the Oromo
Evangelical Churches transmission – unless it came from Romania
instead of Kostinbrod, too. *) http://ab27.bplaced.net/rri.pdf Kai``

So much for the accuracy of TDOA DF, which must be viewed only as an
approximation, or last resort lacking more substantial clues. The
HFCC-registered 300 kW power also matches for Romanian transmitters.

15170, I monitor via UTwente again Sunday June 6: 1458 strong carrier
is on; 1459 heavy rock music, almost sounds like played backwards.
1500 pip and pause, a bit more music, and then: ``This is Comrade
Reshide Kasato[?], fellow comrades`` --- pays tribute to ``all our
comrades who have lost their lives fighting for freedom and
independence...`` 1502 some deep fades, then off the air for a few
seconds, back at S9+5/10. Somewhat eloquent, backs the ``winner`` of
elexion; stays in English until 1512 Luganda(?) except for some
English terms mixed. I`m not recording but hope someone got this.

1514 a bit more English mixed in. 1517 ``the president-elect will be
making some speeches on this channel``. 1520 gives his name again,
``thanks for listening to me -- we really did it``. 1521 same guy
starts over another speech. 1526 interrupts himself for a third but
very similar speech. There are occasional squeaks/chirps in the
background. 1527 cut to a fragment of music and chop off air early.
But 1528 back on for the backwards? music only until off before 1529*

Web search on the name as I have spelt it + Uganda reaches only my own
earlier report in HCDX, so it`s certainly wrong.

WOR iogroup reply from the UK: ``The speaker on the broadcasts I've
heard is Rashid Kasaato, who also mentions the Ugandan opposition
leader Bobi Wine. Dr Rashid Kasaato has been on (internet station?)
People Power Radio. 73, Alan Pennington``

To which roger, Germany replies with this live music stream, which
interrupts itself for a State Farm/Enid! ad at 1717:

** U S A. June 6 at 1620-1701 UT, a caradio-in-the-garage FMDX session
spurred by a 103 MHz Es MUF spike on the DXMAP, continuous
bandscanning at least the lower half; and the clearest shots into the
vertical antenna are from north and east; at least in the visible
spectrum vs metal door to the south. Concentrating on the few `open`
or semi-open channels. Turns out, not a bit of Es logged but I get to
explore the KS & OK fringe signals.

92.1, June 6 at 1620, $ pilot during sermon; may well be live as it`s
The Church Hour on Sunday. KFXI Marlowe OK, country station to the
south with 100 kW is normally dominant over BA/Tulsa weaker if
slightly closer station. At 1658 the preacher finishes and turns it
over to a layperson for some event announcements, who says they need
beef- or rabbit-jerky for Fathers` Day; but then outro as from
FBaptist Church of Marlowe, on KFXI!

However, I`ve also heard gospel-huxtering on 92.1 at various other
times in the week. Per WTFDA FM Database the most likely is this just
across the OK border:
``KCCA-LP 92.1 ANTHONY KS RELIGIOUS TEACHING 0.1 0.0 kW -2.0 0.0 m
HAAT 37-09-12 98-01-51``

104.9, June 6 circa 1628 UT, trace of gospel huxter, but it`s Sunday
morning. I continue to doubt that the new station in Ringwood, a few
miles west of Enid, is really on the air: it`s EWTN`s KEUC, 100 watts.
Then there`s Protestant 5/5 kW KREK in Bristow OK.

97.3, June 6 at 1631 UT, ID as KK#Q, Q-97, country. No hits searching
on Q97 or Q-97; got to be Q 97 ---
``KKJQ 97.3 GARDEN CITY KS COUNTRY Q 97 FM 100.0 kW ERP 244.0 m HAAT
37-46-48 100-27-36 2B62 KKJQ THE DAWG -``

90.9 & 91.1 both have solid Air-One signals in Enid, as if a
twice-as-broad single station. 90.9 is axually 13.5 kW KOKF Edmond,
while 91.1 is 450-watt KKRD Enid. Shifting between them they seem
synchro; but with second radio DX-398 on one of them, I can tell that
they are an echo apart, 91.1 leading! DB shows KKRD relays 92.7 KYRA,
huh? No such station around here. It`s in Thousand Oaks CA, must be
flagship of Air One. But does not show KOKF as relaying it, tho it
surely does too.

KKRD site is still downtown Enid; as original KBVV it was atop the
now-decrepit and uninhabited skyscraper Broadway Tower. A local church
started it with some local programming, plugged into Moody, I think,
ultimately sold it off to the so-called Educational Media Foundation
a.k.a. Air One, mostly gospel music. But now the blown-up FCC map puts
a pin several blox NE of BT, just SE of the intersexion of East Oak
and North Third, west of RR trax. I must go have a look there
sometime.

94.9, June 6 at 1638 UT, ``music from the 80s and 90s, NCK 94-9``:
100/100 kW KNCK Concordia KS. A brief fadeup, normally nothing.

96.3, June 6 at 1643 UT, suddenly a VG signal, normally nothing; could
it be Es? NO! semi-local adstring for Harry`s Razor Blades; Roger
Haskins Insurance; news brief from some national net; 1647 United
States Mortgage ending with a long rapid condensed tag impossible to
understand, but CYA! Buylewis.com (?), finally FNB of Spearville,
385-2636 and ad for National Beef of Dodge City. 1701 UT ``The Country
Leader, Garden City``. So it`s this one, CoL midway between Garden and
Dodge Cities:
``KERP 96.3 INGALLS KS COUNTRY 96.3 THE MARSHALL 100.0 kW H&V 213.0 m
HAAT 37-56-30 100-18-44`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** VANUATU. 11835, June 6 from *0559:37, R. Vanuatu cuts on 3 x 3945,
but JBA in HNL. A few minutes earlier, 7260 = 2 x 3945 was likewise

** UGANDA [non]. 15170, Sat June 5 at *1457-1529* strange new
clandestine for and about this country.

15170 via UTwente SDR, I`m on before *1457 when S9+20/25 open carrier
cuts on; I start recording just before 1459 when modulation cuts on,
amid English talk in progress with African accent, ``country belongs
to us``, all about Uganda. NO ID of any sort; 1503 goes into another
language presumably Luganda, but a few English words included; 1505
mixes them thoroughly; 1508 refers to ``another speech on this
channel``; 1511 ``thanks for listening``, a bit of music; and a
different speaker named Reshide Kasato (sounds like); 1518 cut to
lo-fi music, anthem? 1520 cut to non-African YL with PSA? about
volunteering; 1521 timecheck as ``1730! CET`` and other zones
including N America; Feature Story News headlines; 1522 nice
Mideastern-sounding songs until off at 1529* with no further
announcements. This has all been very rough and ad-hoc, especially the
Ugandan part, with mike-handling, background noises, poor editing,
etc.

I recorded the whole thing which you may hear here:
https://www.w4uvh.net/UgandaNon15170_20210605_1459.mp3

Background: Ivo Ivanov posted May 11:
``SECRETLAND Registered two new frequencies of NEXUS IRRS Shortwave in

BUT in Secretbrod no antennas with azumuths 079/149 deg. For EaAf is
195 deg`` --- note the times, not now! Bulgarian local by mistake??

To add to the confusion, this from May 15:
``Ethiopia (non): Following up on Ivo Ivanóv`s updates on the IRRS
schedule, I can confirm the following:
210515 15170 1515 1505 [sic] BUL EGR - Union of Oromo Evangelical

Ivo again: ``ITALY(non) IRRS UNIDentified broadcast on 15170 kHz, May

22! Several times mentioned Uganda. Very good via SDR Heimiswil SUI

http://swldxbulgaria.blogspot.com/2021/05/nexis-iba-irrs-with-unidentified.html

Ivo Ivanov reports June 5: ``New clandestine in English and Somali on
15170 is via SPL Secretbrod Sat&Sun, instead of 15515 Radio
Waarangelati on Afan Oromo Sat only. Good here in Sofia, very good via
SDR in Switzerland. More and videos tomorrow`` No time mentioned but
posted at 1833, so I wonder if referring to some other broadcast.

It`s about 800 miles from Bulgaria to Switzerland, a bit close for a
VG signal to skip. The broadcast I heard was all about Uganda, so I
seriously doubt it had any connexion to Ethiopia, or Somalia, or their
languages.

Amid it at 1516, I invoked TDOA DF on three KiwiSDRs, one of them as
far away as VK6 Australia. They concluded that the most likely
location for 15170 is 41E/41N, which is in the Black Sea just west of
Batumi --- but closest major SWBC relay site is: Gavar/Noratus
ARMENIA; where WRTH shows there are 3 x 100 kW and 3 x 1000! kW SW
transmitters. From the bigsig way offbeam to Holland I could easily
believe 300 if not 1000 kW.

The latest HFCC of June 4 shows:
``15170 1500 1530 38,47-48,52-53,57 MIL 300 149 0 286
12567 130521 311021 D 15000 Eng I ANT ANT 15012
15170 1500 1530 38,47-48,52-53,57 MIL 300 79 0 286
3 010621 311021 D 15000 Eng I ANT ANT 15013``

Numbers at head of second lines are days of week: 12567 =
SunMonThuFriSat; 3 = Tue, which just went into effect this week.

All those CIRAF are eastern zones of Africa from Libya to South
Africa. Of course, everyone knows the site is never really Milano. Nor
do the azimuths make sense; the correct direxion from Armenia to
Uganda would be roughly due south. Since the second azimuth is so
different, could Tuesday really be from another relay site?

I`ve asked IRRS for any info about this broadcast, i.e. its name,
target, contact info, but no reply. I know better than even to inquire
about transmitter site since for IRRS this is always confidential,
with the ``cover`` story of MIL (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

remarkably good signal could be mistaken for a N American service.
They better watch out: we aren`t supposed to get them on SW!! It`s
really 250 kW, 315 degrees from Talata, MADAGASCAR, this hour only, so
it`s really aimed USward beyond W Africa; plus 0500-0600 switched to
265 degrees, i.e. southern Africa. The 0400-0500 hour is also labeled
by Aoki as *jammed by China, where it must also have a sizeable

WORLD OF RADIO HITLIST updated June 2:

Hi Glenn, my latest Hitlist update.
https://www.w4uvh.net/hitlist.htm

1) Cuba: R Havana Cuba - Updated link to the RHC podcasts (thanks to
Alan Pennington)
2) Romania - R Romania Int - Added link to new "listen again/podcast"
webpage
Unless there's a major change anywhere, the next update will be early
July. Best wishes and 73 (Alan Roe)

Alan has also been very busy, compiling a new 2-hour program schedule
in English for RHC; and a new edition of his MUSIC PROGRAMMES ON
SHORTWAVE schedule, both available in the WOR iogroup

** ANTARCTICA. 15475.98-RCUSB, Wed June 2 at 1507, LRA36 is on, only
S1-S3 with song into Brasília #2 KiwiSDR; not logged in detail as so
many times before; but off at next check 1604. I did not check for it
last Wed May 26, and it was not on Sat May 29 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** SPAIN. 17855, Wed June 2 at 2200, REE is not only on but
propagating English to NAm, S9/S7, main feature about an upcoming
charity performance of de Falla`s `El Amor Brujo` at the Teatro Real;
finally to `Ritual Fire Dance` itself from 2218 but truncated at 2230
for timesignal and enough of English. Also well audible on 15520 &
11940 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** TURKEY. 9830, June 2 at 2158 JBA carrier vs RTTY, avoided by LSB
tuning where the first modulation heard is the 2200 timesignal, so
apparently is VOT English. At 2328 via UTwente there is still a JBA
carrier, trace of modulation, but can`t tell if extra German. So weak
that it could be CNR1 Beijing site also in Aoki at this hour (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. WORLD OF RADIO 2088 monitoring ``From: Richard Lemke, City:
St. Albert, Province: Alberta, Country: Canada
From, the desk of Richard’s listening Post,
Radio: JRC NRD-535 HF
Antenna: random long wires in the trees
Dear Glenn: The heat Island has arrived this part of the North,
highs near 29 - 32 C, cooler by the weekend, Credit should be given
to Richard Lemke, Alberta, Canada. Monitoring, World of Radio #2088,
5850 kHz, 0132, heard World of Radio #2088, May 28 UTC
7730 kHz, 0030, heard jingle, S 8 signal, QSB fading, May 31 UTC,
5800 kHz, 0233, heard World of Radio #2088, May 31 UTC
5850 kHz, 1030, heard World of Radio #2088, June 2 UTC
Good listening, Richard, June 2, 2021.``

Also confirmed Wed June 2 at 2100 on WRMI 7780, S9+15 into Alex VA SDR
but JBA signal here; also confirmed on WBCQ 7490v, good S6-S8 into
NA5B MD SDR but JBA S7 vs HNL into VA SDR; both of which in Synch show
offset varying slightly minus 171 Hz = 7488.829; while it was also a
JBA carrier direct to OK.

Also confirmed Wed June 2 at 2300 on WRMI 9955, S9+10/S7, no jamming.

New WOR 2089 should be ready early UT Fri June 4 for first airings at

** U S A. Re my sporadic E log: ```92.1, May 31 at 2258 UT, ``Your
Country Q-92`` --- There are a few Q92 stations with or without hyphen
in US, one in Clinton, north-central Arkansas, too far for GW, and
none in the PTA, none in Canada. No 92.1 hits at all on ``Your
Country`````

Jon Ellis replies on the WTFDA gg: ``WYRQ Little Falls, MN uses “Your
Country Q92.” Jon Ellis www.NorthPine.com ``

Tnx, Jon, that`s likely it, in the PTA. WTFDA DB does not show any
slogan, just format, Country: ``WYRQ-FM 92.1 LITTLE FALLS MN COUNTRY
6.0 kW H&V 91.0 m HAAT 45-56-58 94-17-46``

Sounds familiar; yes, I logged it last June 25, 2020: ``1701, 92.1, ad
for Midwest Machinery, 1702 ``Little Falls Radio``, news about Pierce
School District; plans for August 11 primary vs COVID, Morrison
Country, fade-out. All this including M.M. operative
in Little Falls among other MN towns makes it: WYRQ-FM, Q 92; L.F. is
between St. Cloud and Brainerd in central MN. 1117 km = 694 mi. The Es
patch from UP MI must have blown westward`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** VANUATU. 7260, June 2 at 0558, JBA carrier from presumed R.
Vanuatu, but nothing on X2 = 14520; nor has there ever been, maybe
above MUF or does same transmitter on 7260 not harmonicize like it
does when on 3945; and also to X2 = 7890; and on X4 = 15780 sometimes
heard by Pacificans??

11835, June 2 at 0558 I retune to here immediately and have a JBA
carrier which must be China until a much stronger S7-S9 cut on at
*0559:34 with music, as RV has just switched to 3945 and its
harmonix.

7260 & 11835 had been missing several days, but Ron Howard observed RV
was back to ``normal`` as of June 1. He also had it June 2 and pointed
out that since it`s Wednesday, CNR2 would be off after 0600; but that
was negligible here anyway (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** GERMANY. 9670, June 4 at 2230, Channel 292 puts a sufficient S6-7
signal into Maryland SDR, carrier offset +15 Hz; some ACI on LSB
presumed Brasil+, evitable by USB tuning; talk in French but ID with
English name --- why do French stations do this? Radio Waves
International, contact address, music; 2259 ID in English, and:

2300, Texas Radio SW starts with `YROT` theme, roboyl opens from
``Laguna Madre on south Texas coast``, QSL offer; also from Cap`n Ric,
if rules are followed including at least 20 minutes of details.
Another announcement at 2316, now S6-S8 there and offset +16 Hz.
What?! TRSW does not make the cut of
https://www.visitcorpuschristitx.org/trip-ideas/must-see/10-cool-facts-about-the-laguna-madre/

No offense, but I would not spend an hour listening to Stevie Ray
Vaughan if reception were perfect local FM. This has been publicized
as a test to North America; east coast maybe, but direct to here at
2325 check, it`s a JBA carrier vs high noise level of S6-S7; `YROT`
theme again at 2359 closing via MD SDR, same reception as before.

The same SRV show should be less of a strain to hear in NAm later this
weekend, as Terry Colgan reminds us: ``June 6 at 0100 UT (Sat night in
NAm) on 5960 kHz [sic: it`s really 5950 WRMI]: Stevie Ray Vaughan. As
always, TRSW offers special eQSLs for correct reports conforming to
TRSW’s eQSL policy to texasradiosw@gmail.com``

Attn editors: do not ``correct`` ``NAm`` to ``Nam`` as has been
happening to my reports: it means North America, not (Viet) Nam!

As for Channel 292, their website sked is fuzzy low-res, but if you
keep clicking on it, you can get to a sharper version which will
enlarge. The TRSW airing is labeled N, for a direxional beam on a
strange map as 270 degrees toward NAm, which is NOT the case since
Earth is spherical; don`t tell 9330. The next beam ``O`` of 315
degrees would be closer to us (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** NORTH AMERICA. 6974.9-AM, June 5 at 0156, S6-S7 of undermodulated
music, again presumed the `Nowhere Radio` transmitter as before. Yes,
some of these did get that ID from ``somewhere in the Midwest``:
https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,82440.0.html
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** NORTH AMERICA. 6960-AM, June 5 at 0157 pirate music at S6-S9,
presumed Ball Smacker Radio on usual 0100 UT Saturday show. Many more
reports here including extensive playlist but no SSTV:
https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,82441.0.html
concluding with this from BS itself:

``Sorry if we are a bit weaker tonight, only 30W instead of 200W as we
are camping deep in the woods. Totally solar charged batteries though!
Thanks for toughing it out and we hope to see you at full power next
week. The whole setup including antenna fits in a back pack! Audio
quality is still full if you can hear us. Lighting [sic] doesn't help
either. We really appreciate your reports, good or bad, and emails to
BallSmacker@ProtonMail.com will receive an eQSL reply`` (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)

** NORTH AMERICA. 6930-AM, June 5 at 0159, S9/+10 of rock music,
stronger than the other two on at this time. These say it`s WDOG:
https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,82442.0.html
which kept jumping frequencies from 6950 to 6933, 6930 (Glenn Hauser,
OK, WOR)

** PERU. 4775.04, June 5 at 0202, JBA carrier, presumed still Radio
Tarma on its signature offset. The station had been attacked by
Sendero Luminoso, but apparently another of their transmitters. See
this illustrated story via CadenaDX FB via Don Moore, MARE Tipsheet:
https://peru21.pe/politica/terrorismo-vraem-pedro-castillo-peru-libre-sendero-luminoso-ataca-a-una-radio-opositora-a-cerron-en-tarma-noticia/
(Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** SPAIN. 17855, Fri June 4 at 2210, zero signal of REE English into
Maryland SDR; 11940 is VG but audio keeps cutting out! 15520 is OK;
11670 is surprisingly good way off the Africa beam, so I listen there;
2222 Justin Coe starts playing some blues music, and now 11940 is OK,
S9+5/15; back-timed so it ends just in time for pips at 2230; while on
other days final music gets chopped off but presumably plays out on
podcast of variable length (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2089 monitoring: confirmed Friday
June 4 at 2030 on IRRS `shortwave` via Italia-AM 918 kHz, Villa

** U S A. 6159.891, UT Sat June 5 at 0000, WBCQ with double-ID jingle,
JIP WTO theme for `AAAWWW`. First subject is aliens. Checked on a
Maryland SDR I already have up for TRSW. I`m otherwise occupied this
hour, so cede the floor to John Carver:

``Tonight's show started on time on 6160 and 7490 but 6160 was hard to
copy. Allan in the studio in hot and humid Fla with a beautiful
Angela. Angela brings up aliens again, also spam phone calls,
commercials etc. Allan starts reading the new edition of the Free
Radio Weekly at 0017. Talk then continues about radio and space
including SETI. Then a discussion of traveling in space. Phone call at
0049 from Mr. Transistor, Norm about digital AM radio. Another phone
call at 0055 talking about aliens and the pyramids. Reading of emails
at 0058 and off the air at 0100. John, Mid-North Indiana`` (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

UNIDENTIFIED. 28287.9, June 4 at 2005, beep every ~13 seconds where
one would expect a beacon. Maybe this on exact frequency in NJ5O
list:

``28.2879 N4PZ ? MOUNT MORRIS, ILLINOIS # ?,? Uncoordinated beacon
reported 5 Nov (DK7KG & K4AVO)`` qrz.com:

``N4PZ flag, STEPHEN R GROSS, MOUNT MORRIS, IL 61054`` --- He runs a
