** ANTARCTICA. 15475.98-RCUSB, Sept 8 at 1506 and still just in case at 1750, NO signal from LRA36 into Brasil SDR for its main broadcast on Wednesday, tho it had resumed after a month on Sat Sept 4, which is announced as a repeat of Wednesdays (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CANADA. 6030, Sept 8 at 0625, comedy from CFVP again audible vs remnant Cuban pulse jamming. Now being reported elsewhere deep into America; Ron Howard has been hearing it well on the California beach haven (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CHINA. 10960, Sept 8 at 1335, CNR1 jammer weak with music; only other WOOB ones are 12820 and 13130, also JBA (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** EAST TURKISTAN. 9770, Sept 8 at 1645, nice low-key strumming Chinese music with occasional brief announcements until 1657*. Listed as CRI Hakka hour via Urumqi, land of imperialist ChiCom genocide against Uyghurs and other Moslems. Via Alberta SDR, I was seeking YHWH on 9775 which Rick Barton had just reported from AZ, but gone already (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** FRANCE. 21690, Sept 8 at 1515, RFI Swahili hour S9-S6 into RSA SDR, still no move to 25800 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** HAWAII. 6501-USB, Sept 8 at 0628, robo marine weather, distorted modulation any ham would be ashamed of, but not the USCG. EiBi shows 6501 is shared among NMN Chesapeake, NMO Honolulu, NRV Guam, NOJ Alaska; not to mention XSL China. Some of the times allegedly overlap, at this hour could only be NMO from 0600, with NMN until 0615. I would have guessed NMN anyway, but some of the ocean areas cited between 137 and 162 west, so Hawaii (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** KIRITIMATI. 846 kHz, Sept 8 at 0608, only 9-kHz carrier is here, presumed R. Kiribati, while previous nights there would be a few remnants from western Eurafrica: very-low latitude path funxions while higher ones from the east do not: due to K-index of 4 at 0300? But down to 2 by 0600, no storms, says WWV (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** OKLAHOMA. 267-MCW kHz, Sept 8 at 0615 UT, NDB HET which is 25 watts from HenryEtTa; I was tuned to 265-USB. Notably the only one in N America on 267 per dxinfocentre.com. Not often audible day or night and wonder if only sporadically active. City-to-city distance 202 km = 126 miles. Is due south of western Tulsa (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** OKLAHOMA. 1170, Sept 8 at 0606 UT, KFAQ Tulsa with sports talk about some team named ``Cowboys``; instead of C2CAM, so transition to Blitz must be complete (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR) ** U S A. 395-MCW kHz, Sept 8 at 1831 UT the two KS NDBs, ULS ULysseS and CA Newton / Harvs, mixing together at the limits of 25-watt groundwave? 336 km = 208 stmi from ULS. Must be a greater collision midway between them, while I am transborder south of one, southeast of the other, via N/S wire. Periods differ slightly per classaxe.com, 6.28 vs 7.41 seconds, so eventually they alternate. At night often only one or the other can be heard. 407-MCW kHz, Sept 8 at 1832 UT, NDB HRU, which is 25 watts from Herington KS. I hear it best day or night on 405-USB, and relog it now for the record (Glenn Hauser, Enid OK, WOR) ** U S A. WORLD OF RADIO 2102 monitoring: zzz, unchecked Wed Sept 8, 1030 on WRMI 5850; anyone hear it? Especially in PacificAsia. Yes: ``From: Richard Lemke, St. Albert, Alberta, Canada, From the desk of Richard’s listening Post, Radio: JRC NRD-535 HF, Antenna: random long wires in the trees. Dear Glenn: This time I made my loggings that I confirmed hearing World of Radio #2102, 0230, 5800 kHz, some guy writing and playing his own music, Greg Fishmen, Sep 6 UTC, see you down future radio journey other frequencies are logged on my shortwave radio dial, Details: 0130-0159, static, 5850 kHz, 0136, 0140 (55443), (55434), 0159, 5850 kHz, Sept 3 UTC 2021 [Fri] 0130-0159, QRN, 9395 kHz, 0132, 0155 (45433), (45343), 0159, 9395 kHz, Sept 4 UTC 2021 [Sat] 2230-2259, QSB fading, static QRN, 9955 kHz, S 6 signal, 2259, 9955 kHz, Sep 5 UTC 2021 [Sun] 0030-0059, Static noise, 7730 kHz, 0044 (ID half way mark), 0059, 7730 kHz, Sep 6 UTC 2021 [Mon] 5850 kHz, 1044, halfway mark, 1030 (45433), 1045 (55434), 1059, 5850 kHz, Sep 8 UTC 2021 [Wed] (Lemke, Richard -AB)`` Also confirmed Wed Sept 8 at 2100 on WRMI 7780, VG S9+15 into VA SDR with slight storm noise; 21 seconds later on WBCQ 7490, carrier offset -105 Hz = 7489.895, VP vs heavy storm noise - nearest over DelMarVa peninsula, and much more to the N and S. Next, and last: 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 5010 to S Full schedule including AM, FM, webcasts, satellite, podcasts: http://www.worldofradio.com/radioskd.html Our non-commercial broadcasts and website depend on voluntary support; via PayPal, not necessarily in US funds, to woradio at yahoo.com --- Thanks this week to Ray Lappeus who says, ``Former amateur radio op here. Recently returned to SWL as well as your program and enjoying both. Thank you for all the hours and hard work going into this program every week. Ray Wraye Mid Michigan`` One may also contribute by MO or check in US funds on a US bank to: Glenn Hauser, Box 1684, Enid OK 73702 USA (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 4840, Sept 8 at 0622, a not infrequent occurrence, WWCR with S9+30 of dead air instead of TOMBS, tsk2 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 15610, Sept 8 at 2243, JBA carrier direct. Should only be WEWN, which English service was off air recently. I try a number of remotes to confirm it but also JBA carrier everywhere on the 85 degree azimuth toward Africa: Spain, UTwente, Virginia, even Birmingham which however admits it`s ailing tho it gets 9955 OK. I wonder how well it would normally get Vandiver on groundwave. South Africa is too far into the night for any signal by 2300. So could WEWN be back on but very reduced power; or is it just propagation. Finally I check Maine SDR which is hot and it does get an RCatholic discussion at S9! That`s it at a better skip distance, whatever the real power and azimuth: 1915 km = 1190 miles, close to two megametres (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) UNIDENTIFIED. 13570, Sept 8 at 1402, open carrier with flutter, S5-S6 until 1403*. Aoki and EiBi have CRI until 1300 only; next not until 1600, RFA and jamming. Surely not the still HFCC-registered impossible alternate to 9330 for WBCQ with WLCR, but anyway not imagined until 1700 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) This report dispatched at 2322 UT September 8

Wednesday, September 08 2021
** CANADA. 351-MCW kHz, Sept 7 at 0625 UT, dash and YKQ, which is 500 watts from Ft Rupert / Waskaganish, Quebec, at the southern end of James Bay near Ontario border. a.k.a. Wînipekw in Cree.
335-MCW kHz, Sept 7 at 0627 UT, dash and YLD, which is 1000 watts from Chapleau, Ontario. Still some storm noise but nothing much nearby; I notice that such noise is now much heavier on tropical SW than on LW (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) See also USA ** CANADA. 6030, Sept 7 at 0631 UT, reactivated CFVP Calgary received direct vs residual Cuban jamming; ad with a .ca link, back to comedy routines with audience laughter, not fully readable but glad to get anything from this 100-watter. Wonder if something have been beefed up lately (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6060, Sept 7 at 0640, RHC English with buzz in irregular pulses, rather than continuous humbuzz. 6140, Sept 7 at 0641, RHC English JBA in a leapfrog mixing product of 6060 over VG S9+20/30 6100 another 40 kHz beyond, including trace of same buzz of 6060. A long time since I have detected any of these on 49m; more: 6230, Sept 7 at 0642, RHC English, JBA in leapfrog mixing product of 6100 over VG 6165 another 65 kHz beyond; during boring voice-over translation of an official about vaccines. Nothing audible on 6270, which would have been 6060 over 6165 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** FRANCE. 25800, Sept 7 at 1506 via Kuwait SDR, no signal from RFI Swahili, but JBA on 21690; still not making the big leap (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** KASHMIR [non]. 15170, another Tuesday Sept 7, so I`m monitoring via UTwente from 1457. Carrier on by 1459 with tail of some unID English program, typical misalignment; then ``This is IRRS, Milano, signing on`` and 1500 into presumed Urdu from Kashmir Civitas, via ROMANIA, ``Salaam Aleikum`` which is originally Arabic. Yes, indeed, let peace be with us! Much worse reception than usual for weekly broadcast, noisy but reduced by USB tuning until cutoff at 1529*. Solar flux hitting magic 100 has not helped (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. Unsolicited but very welcome eQSL received UT Sept 7 from MRI: ``Hello Glenn. It was amazing how many liked the classical music mix. We will do it again. See attached QSL for your great report in WOR 2102. 🎵MIX🎵 MRI Antenna Logo 2.jpg Mix.Radio.International@protonmail.com Sent from ProtonMail for iOS`` And here it is: https://www.w4uvh.net/MixRIntl_Classical_08-31-21_0148_0340_6880_USB_Glenn_Hauser.jpg Or #130 via http://www.worldofradio.com/QSL.html (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. 9720, Sept 7 at 1436, the thintonations of Josiah Elias, of Station YHWH, S5-S7 direct. I beat Rick Barton, AZ, by 3 minutes posting about this to WOR iogroup, hi; he also had YHWH the morning of Sept 5 on 9700 instead. Rick says 9720 ran until 1630* while on Sept 5, 9700 heard 1703-1750+. BTW, I notice that when the pious Allan Weiner mentions YHWH logs from FRW on Worldwide, he refers to it as ``religious``; can`t bring himself to say ``anti-Christ``, which is clearly what YHWH is all about, if not using that exact term (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** OKLAHOMA. 1170, Sept 7 at 2324 UT, I condescend to monitor KFAQ Tulsa as this is the postponed date for format/slogan change. Amid local sports talk about Jenks HSFB, ID in passing still as ``Talk Radio 11-70``; but at 2330 before next show, ``The all-new Blitz 11-70``. Whether callsign KFAQ ex-KVOO is also to be exxed not yet confirmed. 50 kW groundwave around 200 km not enough to overcome storm crashes here (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR) ** SPAIN. 11940, Sept 7 at 2128, REE S American frequency is back on air! Had been missing since Aug 27 or maybe 26. Not only that, but all four frequencies are modulating! 17855, 15520 and 11670 also audible (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** SRI LANKA. 11870, Sept 7 at 1429, S7-S9 of dead air with flutter, something about to sign-on? 1430 JBA talk. Aoki shows AWR in Chinese for entire hour 1400-1500 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 382-MCW kHz, Sept 7 at 0623 UT, ND beacon SP, which is 25 watts from SPringfield IL; I was tuned to 380-USB --- often get more readable copy thus than right on the frequency. 255-MCW kHz, Sept 7 at 0629 UT, NDB FWC, which is 25 watts from Fairfield / Wayne County IL. Last logged Feb 19, since then nil in still absence of SW Stillwater OK. This is in SE IL between Mt Vernon and Mt Carmel. But there is no other known Fairfield in another IL county. 245-MCW kHz, Sept 7 at 0620 UT, NDB FS, which is 400 watts from Sioux Falls SD; I was tuned to 243-USB; on 243 itself there are zero NDBs in N America per dxinfocentre.com. See also CANADA for two more (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 9330, Sept 7 at 1434 and still at 2129, no signal from WBCQ/WLCR. Maybe they are working on installing the new $ 240K PA tube? At 2129, 7490- is on and JBA, 6160- with JBA carrier (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) UNIDENTIFIED. Trans-oceanic JBA 9-kHz MW carrier search, Sept 7 at 0618-0621 UT, with listed kW powers: 846-Kiritimati 10, 837-Canary 10, 711-Morocco 300, 531-Algeria 600, 882-Canary 20. Let me explain: I rarely get any audio on these, but the source in most cases is pretty clear, taking into account SR/SS times, known powers. I am NOT claiming any country since I don`t care about counting countries, rather reporting what is really happening. If there be even a carrier, there IS DX! With my equipment and deep-North America location, this is about all I can accomplish. First time this `season` anything on 531; Algeria has been reported missing a lot. If 531 were in, so would be 891 Algeria as big het on WLS, but not yet (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) TIPS FOR RATIONAL LIVING https://www.michaelmoore.com/p/bin-laden-won This report dispatched at 0004 UT September 8

DX/SWL/MEDIA PROGRAMS updated Sept 6: http://www.worldofradio.com/dxpgms.html
** CHINA. 13130, Sept 6 at 1439, CNR1 jammer, JBA with flutter. None others in the 12s-13s or 10s-11s, which means as I approximately bandscan, 10.7-11.2 and 12.5-13.55 MHz (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** FRANCE. 25800, Sept 6 at 1507, still no signal from RFI Swahili into RSA SDR, but JBA on 21690. Anyway they are all set to QSY if they dare before end of A-21 season (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** GUINEA [and non]. 9650, Sept 5 at 2256, no signal from RTG into UTwente: hastening to check only SW frequency following news of coup, but has been inactive or sporadic for months. There is a JBA carrier, probably VOK in Japanese as scheduled, but more QRDRM from 9655 covering 9650-9660, which would be CNR1 as scheduled 2157-0100 via Urumqi, East Turkistan, land of imperialist ChiCom genocide against Uighurs and other Moslems. Another 9650 check next day Sept 6 at 2225: nothing. Domestic Broadcasting Survey of April 2021 showed 9650 had been heard as recently as March, sked 0600-2400. In Communication of the British DX Club, Lionel Clyne in Kent had reported it July 14 at 1944. It seems my last log of it was January 23 at 0742. May I point out that major broadcasters would not give a QRM break to a small country with only one possible SW frequency; altho Cuba did move off 9650 for some reason (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** KIRITIMATI. 846 kHz, Sept 6 at 0616, carrier more than usual JBA, presumed R. Kiribati. I note that a PNW DXer who gets it much stronger says no modulation is to be heard (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. 6974.9-AM, Sept 5 at 2223, JBA music, presumed pirate Nowhere Radio as particular to this off-frequency. unID reported here between 2010 and 2200 only: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,86017.0.html (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. 6965-USB, Sept 6 at 2217, JBA pirate music and talk. These say Radio Free Whatever from 2207: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,86087.0.html (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. 6885-AM, Sept 6 at 2218, JBA carrier. Nothing reported now in HFU, but most recently in the morning by Dan Robinson, via a remote in New Mexico; et al., Radio Pushka: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,85992.0.html (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** SPAIN. 11940, Sept 6 at 2209, this REE for S America is still missing during token English semihour Monday; as `cello music is starting: about time for another ``DX Program`` = mailbag, but not yet. Good on 17855, fair on 15520, and audible on 11670 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** TURKEY. 9830, Sept 6 at 2227, VOT English is not AWOL today but JBA direct on LSB to avoid USB RTTY (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 420-MCW kHz, Sept 6 at 0623 UT, ND beacon FQ, which is 25 watts from Fairmont, Minnesota. 257-MCW kHz, Sept 6 at 0705 UT, NDB JYR, which is 25 watts from York, Nebraska (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2102 monitoring: confirmed Sunday September 5 from 2000.8 on IRRS SW via Italia AM, 918 kHz, via Noale SDR - as I tune in at 1959, someone in Manchester is already running this frequency! So I camp. But they depart as soon as WOR is heard. BTW, Kiwis think my IP is in Grove OK -- Not. Also confirmed Sun Sept 5 at 2230 on WRMIs, via TN SDR: new 5950 VG S9+10/15; 9955, S9+27. Almost synchronized but probably separate playouts from different Systems. Also confirmed UT Mon Sept 6 at 0030 on WRMI 7730, VG direct. Also confirmed UT Mon Sept 6 at 0130 on WRN N America webcast. Also confirmed UT Mon Sept 6 from 0300:38 on Area 51 via WBCQ, 6159.948, S9+10/20 direct but splash from 6165 Cuba. Then I check a TN KiwiSDR in SAM mode which measures carrier offset at 6160.000 minus 30-31 Hz, or 6159.969-6159.970 --- which to believe? Or it might have varied that much in the few minutes between them, but SAM does not show much fluxuation now. BTW, by 0608 recheck direct, 6160- is playing jazz, presumably from the Area 51 webfill, rather than back to TOMBS from 0500; Overlooked? Now these are // if not synch with The Overkiller: 5800, 5850, 5890, 5950, 7570, 7730 for starters, probably also on several 4 and 9 MHz. WOR 2102 next not until Wednesday: 1030 UT Wednesday WRMI 5850 to NW 2100 UT Wednesday WRMI 7780 to NE 2100 UT Wednesday WBCQ 7490v to WSW 0130 UT Thursday WRMI 5010 to S Full schedule including AM, FM, webcasts, satellite, podcasts: http://www.worldofradio.com/radioskd.html Our non-commercial broadcasts and website depend on voluntary support; via PayPal, not necessarily in US funds, to woradio at yahoo.com --- Thanks this week to Ray Lappeus who says, ``Former amateur radio op here. 7489.9v, Sun Sept 5 after 2230, WBCQ with `Uncle Bill`s Melting Pot`, listening better here via TN remote rather than mono webcast which is rather distorted. I expect to catch the first half tomorrow at 2300 on the secret semi-repeat. But: 7489.9v, Mon Sept 6 at 2225 first check, NO signal from any of the 5 WBCQs, turned off since there are storms all along the NB/ME border. Propagation? 7850-RCUSB CHU is audible, and so is 9265V WINB. After 2300 via Maryland remote, still no 7490- but now the webcast is OK for `UBMP` until chopped for McDonald`s! ad at 2330, and `Camp Constitution Radio`, show apparently attached to different national pre-commercials. But does McD really know about such a political adjacency? The rest still missing 2300+ except a carrier on 6160-. 7490- still silent UT Tue Sept 7 at 0015 during `FTIOM` but which is well heard on the webcast of semi-classical documentary movie theme (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) UNIDENTIFIED. Trans-Atlantic JBA MW carrier search, Sept 6 at 0616: 711 > 621 strength probably Morocco & Canary; 882 where Wales has lowered power so probably also Canary 20 kW (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) This report dispatched at 0025 UT September 7

WORLD OF RADIO HITLIST update
Hi Glenn, my latest Hitlist update. https://www.w4uvh.net/hitlist.htm 1) Aggregator - World Radio Network: Updated links (Thanks to Peter Jones in WOR iog mail list) 2) Germany - Shortwave Gold: Update details and links from former name of "Shortwave Radio for Europe)" and added links to programme content providers 3) Netherlands - R Classic Sunday: New addition to list, added links for this station 4) Netherlands - R Delta Int: New addition to list, added links for this station Unless there's a major change anywhere, the next update will be late September. Best wishes and 73, Alan Roe ** ANTARCTICA. 15475.98-RCUSB, Sept 4, continued from last report of LRA36, still running at 1714 UT via Brasil remote: mostly music, still past 1827, 1859, but cuts off at 1907* after another song is over (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CANADA. 382-MCW, Sept 5 at 0611 UT, ND beacon dash and YPL, JBA, which is 1000 watts from Pickle Lake, Ontario. 366-MCW, Sept 5 at 0612 UT, NDB dash and YMW, 500 watts from Maniwaki, Quebec. 362-MCW, Sept 5 at 0613 UT, NDB dash and SB, 500 watts from Greater Sudbury, Ontario (how is that different from Lesser Sudbury?) (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6000 & 6060 & 6165, Sept 5 at 0555, all three RHC English are splattering plus/minus 10 kHz; overdriven modulation from the studio? 6060 also with its humbuzz; 6100 off, 5040 Spanish. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 15140, Sept 5 at 1926, no signal on RHC English frequency; again, she`s on 15370 instead, but after a few words stops modulating tho S9 carrier stays on. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** FRANCE. 25800, Sept 5 at 1505, no signal from RFI in Swahili, into RSA and Kuwait SDRs, despite RFI registering 11m this hour only effective today starting what used to be the S-season. The only major broadcaster bold enough to MUF itself up already. Instead, still JBA on 21690. Will they really get around to QSY tomorrow? (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** JAPAN. 18119-USB, Sept 4 at 2115, JR7#TG, contacting a W9 et al., JBA and not sure about one of his letters, R? No such station at qrz.com, but definitely starts with JR7, around sunrise in Japan. A couple of other unID phonehams up the band (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NETHERLANDS [non]. 5960, UT Sun Sept 5 at 0100, The Mighty KBC reactivated here via Nauen, GERMANY, ex-9925 summer frequency for past quadrimonth; UT Sundays at 0000-0200 to N America, should stay on 5960 until next May. From Nov should again confront German overrun from Turkey CCI. VG S9+10/20 but seems more fading than we had on 9925 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** NORTH AMERICA. An hour earlier I wasn`t hearing any, but by 0122 UT Sun Sept 5, I have four pirates at once, and then a fifth, as they love to run on Saturday nights, especially holiday weekend. Too much to track them all, but this is what I get, plus later HFU uplooks: 6960-USB, Sept 5 at 0122, pirate music. Many reports here of WDOG, but before 0119: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,85947.15.html 6950-USB, Sept 5 at 0122, pirate music. Several reports here of R. Genix, but mostly before 0100: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,85952.0.html 6930-AM, Sept 5 at 0123, JBA pirate music. No reports of a 6930-AM at HFU, but a few minutes earlier of Radio 48 on 6930-USB: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,85954.0.html 6925-AM, Sept 5 at 0124, stronger than 6930, pirate music, 0125 announcement, 0126 ``This is Radio Station SSN [??? or similar]``. Repetitive vamping music and ``Please stand by, broadcast will begin in one minute``, but in less than a minute cuts off the air, and no soon return. These logs say it was X-FM on 6925, which moved to 6285-USB at 0127; how did they know? ``RH`` later said that among: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,85955.0.html 6935-USB, Sept 5 at 0129, this one has just come on, pirate music; 0132 a countdown, otherwise unreadable announcement; 0137 ``Radio for You`` seems like ID and again at 0141, music. Several logs here after 0149 first as unID, then as Radio 48: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,85959.0.html At 0142 when I quit, all these except 6925 are still going, never mind competition from WBCQ, Mighty KBC or WTWW (Glenn Hauser,OK, WOR) ** OKLAHOMA. RF 7, KOCO ``5`` OKC is marginal at first but catches my ears at 1530 UT Sunday Sept 5 as a church choir is singing showtunes! And not a mask in sight. Turns out to be ``St Luke`s on Broadway`` live? from the major United Methodist Church in OKC, once frequented by some of my uncles & aunts. Shortly preacher launches into long sermon past 1600, somehow centered on Angela Lansbury. By 1610 he mentions Jerry Orbach per captioning; I am not auditioning. 1615 back to tune, ``Beauty & the Beast``; they also have a small instrumental ensemble (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR) ** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2102 monitoring: confirmed Sat Sept 4 from 1800.5 on IRRS SW 7290 Bulgaria, S9+5/15 into UTwente; tuned in too late to track the runup to this transmission. UTw is not hearing 918 kHz Italy relay, only music presumably Spain. But 918 is also confirmed, Italia AM, Villa Estense, S9+25 into nearby Noale remote, a few seconds apart from 7290. Missed checking WA0RCR, 1860-AM, circa 1930 Sept 4; anyone hear it? Confirmed UT Sun Sept 5 from 0334 on WA0RCR, 1860-AM, Wentzville MO, S9+20 into neighborly Warrenton SDR atop some storm crashes, a line across the SE corner of MO extending from central OK per Blitzortung. Once again there are no US SWBCs of WOR between 0130 UT Sat and 2230 UT Sun; stations pick the times, not me. For timely info, I strongly suggest you try to catch one of the first two airings on WRMI, UT Fri 0130 or UT Sat 0130; or, shhh! pod- or webcast ASAP. I guess not, Bob Heil then starts the real show at 0024 which runs unscathed until 0053. This week it`s inconvenient to listen to $ tereo webcast, so I stay with SW which is not too distorted but totally mono (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A.
