Just to remind hat Tarek Zeidan identifiedquite earlier that language is Gulf Arabic. I feel that someone today is usingalso Tamazight or the like as it is quite different than the typical Arabic

Heard some very weak English on 15140Khz at 11:45utc by Female  with 
world news  about Pakistan , no info on Eibi ,HFCC,and AOKI
