15230 OFF. However the domestix on 4765 & 5025 are ON, vs HSNL. 5990
CRI relay music undermodulated S9+5/10.

0113 recheck into Maryland SDR: 15230 is now ON with S9+5 of dead air.
And so still 11950. 6000 still off. 9580 S9+20/30 undermodulated CRI
English. Then I`ve set it to 9699 USB with slight 10 dB of squelch to
tonally notify me if and when 9700 cut on: still not by 0204, just
some occasional lightning crashes break thru, nothing but those by
0259. 6000 still off at 0210, 0258, no English. The Other Side:

already Feria del Libro, interviewing a bookstore owner where business
is not so good. Now I find that 17715 for S America is unusually
almost as good as 17855 for us, i.e. S9+10/20, better than off the
back to ME 15520, only S8/S9; and 15390 for Africa S7/S9 with an echo,
long/short path? Theoretically 15520 would more likely echo but too

** TURKEY. 11785, June 7 at 2158, zero signal direct from VOT, which
ought to show since Romania 11800 is quite audible. 2203 algo on 11785
much weaker than 11780 Brasil. UTwente chex later at 2220, 2231, 2240:
VOT definitely absent in English. Not on 11795 mispunch either. 9875
overrun? not checked until 2254, but no. Something`s always erroneous
at Emirler. So they also miss a chance not to German at 2300.

7275.018, June 8 at 0316, however, final repeat of the previous UT day
is on, S9+15/25 into UTwente during music. // 6165.005, aimed away, is
S8/S9, and diminishing. 0325 multi-lingual ID filler reel. 0328

retired, and AWR HQ ignores it on own skeds. Also compare to 9955
where WRMI is as usual somewhat undermodulated, worse than 9395,

Per EiBi, at 0030-0100 only, it`s BBC via VATICAN in Dari; not
Violating Separation Of Church And State since UKQOGBANI is also a

** OKLAHOMA. RF 17, June 6 at 0503 UT, solid reception of KTEN Ada,
10-1, totally overriding local Enid 3ABN satellator K17JN-D - unless
it`s off. Last few days of heavy tropo have had it BAD or breaking up
due to DX QRM. 10-2 is KTEN-CW, 10-3 KTENABC. 10-1 is NBC // KFOR.
Back in the analog days, KTEN was also affiliated with both NBC and
ABC, but with one channel had to pick one or the other at any given
time, especially prime. In minor ``market`` with Ardmore`s KXII-TV
with both CBS and NBC, IRRC.

Most of the other ``open`` channels show BAD signals now: 10, 11, 12,
14, 20, 21, 22, 26, 31, 34, 35, 36. While the only other decoding is
RF28 Ion 44-1 from Tulsa market (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR)
