away, I now have JBA music from presumed Virtual DJ Radio, too early
for any skywave from any of the 5 NAm too far real X-banders. Local
noise level still awful but may have abated slightly, and/or VDJR
nudged power upabit. BTW, the connexion between 1670 and Mr. Jeff Pino
is only circumstantial as he admits to having been a DJ and a member

** OKLAHOMA. 95.1, Dec 13 at 2027 UT on caradio at home, KQCV Shawnee,
Bott is dominating rather than KOKJ-LP Enid. I drive toward downtown
and KOKJ music slowly takes over. Then I drive 7 blox north to address
of record, 701 N Grand, the decrepit building with a one-element
antenna on a pole - and tnx to Greg Hardison, I don`t have to
photograph it - and guess what, right across the street it`s NOT a
solid signal, losing out to KICT/KQCV. Therefore I think the site is
really closer to downtown, such as the otherwise vacant skyscraper
Broadway Tower which already hosts some FM transmitters. No, FCC FM
Query shows different coordinates for KKRD 91.1. Either way, the
signal is not even solid to a 1-mile radius, so doubt it is even 100
watts. I have yet to hear any ID, legal or not, in random listening,
even around hourtops. Most of my portables at home, scarcely a mile
away, can`t get it, except one with very careful antenna angling

lang specified so presumed EE only, and just Placentia, not St.
Lawrence. EiBi also has extensive 2598 listings for VCP, VCF, VOJ and
VOK, but nothing at this hour. In case there be non-DST one-hour time
confusion, at 0824 there would be VOJ, Port aux Basques NL in EE and

local time! Since the ChiCom impose Beijing clock allover =
double-DST. Latest LSR to be 0143 UT circa Epiphany. BTW, another name

DJ Radio, in Enid, and confirm it`s still going ``strong``, but
effective range into caradio is much less than one mile. Website has
no internal search funxion, but external search of site for Enid leads
to https://virtualdjradio.com/users/jeffpino/ one hit, has been member
since 2013-03-22. Searching that name and Enid finds one who is a Rev.
and with LGBTQ Coalition, PFLAG, officiated at funerals, has made some

** OKLAHOMA. 95.1, KOKJ-LP, Enid is finally on the air. We had FCC
info about a CP several weeks ago. I`ve often checked 95.1 on home
radios with telescopic, and on caradio, with nothing but the fringers
in Wichita and Shawnee vying to dominate. However, as I drive toward
downtown, Dec 11 at 2053 UT am hearing Xmasmx, gradually capturing the
frequency, has ST icon pilot, but music sounds mono. No ToH ID but at
2104 promo for Downtown Enid Leadership. Further listening altho not
continuous hears nothing but mix of rock and Xmasmx, some long pauses
between cuts, no effort to legal ID at ToH 2200 ot 2300. Previously
visited FCC address of record, 701 N Grand, to see a decrepit building
including a small one-element vertically mounted antenna on a pole.
WTFDA FMDB says 100 watts H&V, 29 meters HAAT. Back at home a couple
miles away I can somewhat hear it with careful antenna positioning,
and it`s vying with the real stations as close as Ground Zero for the
other secret station in Enid on 1670. 95.1 also subject to Vance
airplane scatter surges (Glenn Hauser,  Enid, WOR)

S9+30/35, Efsun the axentuated talking about the jacuzzi, on

Syria. 2338 music. But cuts off! at 2340* when op awakens. But2 does
not come up immediately on 5960 instead, remains Chinese for rest of

watts in FairBurY, Nebraska, has some CCI difficultizing copy. RNA
Signals list shows only two others in US, which I may have heard
before, 25 watts each, TOR TORrington WY, and UI, qUIncy IL.

305 MCW kHz, Dec 11 at 0727 UT, not RO, Roswell NM, as usually heard,
but OI, which is the only other USA on 305 per DXinfocentre.com, i.e.
25 watts from sIOux City IA/Tommi. RNA list also shows only these two
in conterminoUSA, but OI is axually in South Sioux City, NEBRASKA,
``old records say `Jackson NE` but is closer to SSxC`` and RO, `Topan

Who actually runs the "World's Last Chance" network? Discussion

I've been getting into shortwave recently and have been looking into
some of the Christian organizations broadcasting there, such as
Overcomer Ministry and as of recent World's Last Chance.

With Overcomer Ministry, we know pretty well where their compound is
and that Brother Stair was the figure behind it. But what about
World's Last Chance?

Their trademark registration, which has since expired, lists an
Egyptian guy with a Saint Kitts and Nevis P.O. box named "Galal Philip
Habib Doss" as the owner but I can't find much about them.

Apparently someone named "Fred Myers" from Jamaica monitors their
website.

Does anyone know more? I am really curious who these people are and
why they are all based in odd places such as Egypt, Saint Kitts and
Nevis and Jamaica.

Side note: although some/a lot/most of their preachings are obviously
way out there and they believe a lot of odd flat earth stuff, they use
an extremely catchy intro music that is apparently a piece called
"Experts Witnessed" by composer Joachim Horsley. Been listening to
this on loop.

Edit: I looked into it more and this article, and this article with
further information confirm that they're registered as a LLC in
Wyoming (though that address doesn't appear on their website) and that
they're indeed headed by Galal P. Ross, who apparently heads a
Egyptian cosmetics company that funds the ministry. There is also this
deep dive into Ross from 2006 which talks more about his multiple
business dealings. Apparently he grew up as a Seventh-day Adventist
Church in Egypt but fell off with them and then decided to do his own
religious thing. Being a successful businessman, he had the money to
burn for it.``

Also notice this undated for which WBCQ are not getting any takers,
not even His Magasty Donald Drumpf; and coverage is hardly worldwide:
