TDA - Télédiffusion d'Algérie.

La nouvelle directrice générale de TDA a entrepris une grande visite des différents centres de diffusion. Elle s'est rendue entre-autre à la direction régionale du sud-ouest à Bechar, la directrice générale a visité le centre de radiodiffusion en ondes moyennes de 400 kW dans la municipalité de Kandassa, où elle a vu la nouvelle station qui fonctionne avec la technologie de numérisation DRM.

Elle a poursuivi sa visite, à l'autre extrémité du terrain, au centre émetteur ondes longues de 2000 kW. Au cours de cette visite, elle a vu le projet de réalisation du centre de diffusion en ondes courtes.

C'est la société Ampegon, basée en Suisse, qui avait remporté le contrat en 2015. Repoussée à plusieurs reprises, l'installation des deux émetteurs ondes courtes de 300 kW et de 2 systèmes d'antennes à Ouarglas et Bechar était en cours en 2017. Les travaux semblaient terminés et la mise en service avait finalement été annoncée pour 2018, une date qui fut repoussée sans explications. Il semblerait qu'il y avait, dans les deux centres, des soucis de refroidissement suite au climat sec du sud. Des machines de refroidissement auraient ensuite été achetées.

TDA a annoncé vouloir effectuer les mises en service ce 31 mars 2019. Depuis cette date, plus aucune information n'avait filtré.

Selon les informations qui ont filtré, le projet a été retardé par des soucis de climatisation et d'alimentation électrique. Les travaux seraient réalisés à 80% !

Dans l'attente des mises en service des émetteurs ondes courtes de Bechar et Bouchaoui.
