completely. To make it as obscure as possible, HFCC lists this only as
JRC in the Apd language. Only one of three 13mb signals along with

** TIBET [non]. 12125, Nov 3 at 1542, S8/S9 Chinese mixing with
another lang at equal level. It`s CNR1 jamming vs RFA Tibetan at 15-16
via TINIAN. The imperialist ChiCom occupiers could at least have the
courtesy to employ Tibetan language jamming but probably from outside

Chinese martial music cutting on and off, i.e. PBS Xinjiang, Urumqi,
nominal start 2300 per EiBi, from EAST TURKISTAN, land of imperialist
ChiCom genocide against Uyghurs and other Moslems. But once TRT is
on, it obliterates XJPBS which was only S9/+10. Almost; still audible
as an understation during pauses. Unfortunately VOT suffers from a
constant squeal, like WEWN. I`d rather not listen. In background at
2314, I recognize the 2-minute multilingual ID filler reel. By 2338
drifted to 5960.018. At 2340 I turn on UTwente`s Autonotch, but moxnix
as the squealing is not a constant pitch. Narrow filter to 2.15 kHz
rids it but makes what`s left even more lofi. 2352 s/off sked as usual
mentions only 4 *other* English broadcasts in jumbled order, never
this very one: 1330 on 13635, 1930 on 6050, 2130 on 7285, 1730 on
9660. Wait a minute: 2130 is supposed to be on 9610, while 7285 is at
0400! I bet this never gets corrected in the next pentamonth. And
still going at 2400 opening extraneous German. At 2417 I realize
that`s Chinese again instead of German, so TRT has turned off in the

are axually easier to spot than further splits, since the --0 N
American stations provide no splash and quieten the frequency when
tuning USB. Same would apply to those in --9 if I ever tuned in LSB

noted empty signal channels at NY and MI state SDR installations.

At Don Moman’s VE6JY excellent antenna farm in Edmonton, Alb-CAN,
and various Perseus SDR ports access posibilities there,
noted S=7 signal from Cuba
only on two antenna selections at this NoAM night hour,
positivly signals only on ‘10dB’ and ‘OFF’ selection,
but not on ‘20dB’ nor ‘30dB’ ant selection.

Cuban small jamming signals are never a problem in good old Europe ITU zone 27,
for the average 300kW power RRI Galbeni listener.

I am perfectly aware that the 0630 UT broadcast on 11930 is not intended for N America, including Oklahoma. Nor would it make sense to do so at 12:30 or 1:30 am local time. The point is that deliberately choosing a frequency which is already jammed is self-defeating, in case the jamming could also cause a problem in the target. There are bound to be better clearer choices. Most of what is now Oklahoma was in the Louisiana Purchase from France in 1803 - not exactly relevant to this matter. Glenn

Would DRM do better against jamming? Doubt it. HFCC format

has no column for DRM or not, tho could be placed under NOTES. The
master frequency sked, still not updated since Oct 27, does claim
11930 is N = numérique = digital; NOT. HFCC also includes countless wooden
transmissions as if all senders were in use.
