broadcasting SOLELY TO THE US. One of these stations was WWCR
Nashville, TN, that I am part owner and managed for many years. The
FCC in Washington LATER stated that since the coverage of the stations
were also OVERSEAS and that this constituted NOT broadcasting SOLELY
to the US. The citations were rescinded. No further citations have
been issued on this matter. It follows that the target area of 8 {ITU
CIRAF = eastern USA} is in compliance with this FCC judgement. You may
remove it from the WTWW request if you still feel that it is not in
compliance with FCC regulations which are in writing, but a later
