Maybe it`s the Denge Welat / Turkish jammer strayed down further. Usually 17460 or above. What time was this?
Around here, 17450 area is occupied long hours by some multi-carrier/tonal ute, I`ve wondered what is.
Not a broadcaster.

UZBEKISTAN at 17.34 to 17.53 UT noted in 16 meterband: 17470exec kHz aligned, some 20 kHz upwards now,
Undoubtedly Kurdish radio program 'Denge Welat'
probably - rent airtime from Tashkent UZB transmission bcast shortwave
center. S=9+10dB in Athens Greece and Doha Qatar SDR remotedly.
S=9+20dB in Portugal and Spain peninsula remoted SDR's,
S=9+25dB signal strength in southern Bavara Germany at 17.53 UT. Nothing observed today so far
from usual accompanied Turkish spy MIT security forces program . 73 wb df5sx
