Ken, that's very interesting. Right now at 20:59, 15 MHz is very wobbly.
I can just barely hear WWV, and WWVH is a little stronger. The waterfall
signal is very smudgy as can be seen by this screen capture: Walt
(Masset)

Wow, I don't think I've ever experienced anything like it, but the SW bands
from top to bottom are empty at 20:25 UTC into Masset. I can barely hear
WWV on 10 and 15 MHz, but only just barely. The ham bands are dead. The
AM band, though is doing just fine, so it's not a failure of my Perseus SDR
at least! Now, I wonder how long it'll last! 73, Walt

Subject: DENGE WELAT?

To Glenn:
Administration of Pridnestrovsky Radiotelecentr informed me on April 13 that Denge Welat did not use its facilities in short waves because they were out of service due to the attacks suffered.
On the frequencies 17450, 17460, 17470, 17475 and 17480 khz alternately record musical programming of Kurdish origin. Broadcasts between 21. and 2130 . UTC Frequently, frequency changes are made during broadcasts. Using the Shazam app I was able to find out the name of one of the recordings: "Jin Jiyan Azadi" by Jinma. The translation corresponds in Kurdish to "Woman, Life and Freedom" used by the Kurdish autonomy movement. Information sites such as "Short Wave info", "Short Wave schedules" do not record these transmissions. Any information you publish about it will be valued. 73s

Some conclude that the current site is Uzbekistan, but not sure how firm that be. Glenn
