Noted from the website EI7GL Diary: There will be HAARP experiments on May 8-10 UTC. Probable times are 2000-0200 UTC and probable frequency is around 3.25 mhz although all this is subject to change. Frequency can range between 2.8 and 10 mhz. These experiments are to help identify ways to improve collision detection on satellites. Reception reports are appreciated. Turkey. Correction to my earlier report. The dates should read May 2 & 3 and not April 2 & 3. 9880 VOT May 3 on this possible new frequency maybe ex 9875 to avoid Pyongyang co channel. Observed at 2030 s/on in English until s/off 2130. Noted its absence on 9875 May 2 so it may have moved to 9880 then. Not sure if a permanent frequency change or another switching error at Emirler?
