Esperanto WAS on at the DST retiming of 0700 UT Sunday - on 11760 only! Then at 1500 ex-1600 on 11760, 15140 - and 13700 still on at 1510. Still announcing wrong sked of 0800, 1600, etc..

According to the EI7GL Diary, Brazil has begun extending its FM band to 76 – 87.3 mhz. A station on 77.9 mhz has been heard in Portugal. This should be an interesting target for US FM DXers. Bill Smith, Douglas, MA

In early September 2021, I sent a snail mail  reception report in the DPRK for the radio station "Voice of Korea". Today this postal envelope was returned to me with the note "The mail could not be delivered due to the blocked postal route"
