Here we go again. I just tuned into WINB at 02:04 in preparation for
tonight's Shortwave Radiogram and WTF? Signal is strong into Masset, but
it's very distorted and immediately reminded me of Radio Cairo. Absolutely
terrible modulation. One sick transmitter, I'm afraid! Walt Salmaniw,
Masset remote.
