and 0651 ``94.3, Stillwater`s alternative`` non-ID, so that clinches
it. I assume they also stillcall themselves ``Pete 94.3`` after the
OSU ``Pistol Pete`` politically incorrect mascot. Perhaps only a
campus shooting there would make them reconsider. Anyhow, licensed as
D1 250 watts -- ND daytime ONLY. WBBM is ruined here but the
Stillwaterians are totally blocked from hearing one of few genuine

I wonder about source and significance of that art:

a backdrop for TV series that had an episode filmed here in Hope. It
is on the side of the 'King Pin Lounge' on Wallace Street. The series
is called Untamed and I think it will air on National Geographic TV.
The mural is to honour our First Nations people of the Sto:lo nation.

the return of the Cuban numbers stations, which then promptly
disappeared. If any Utility DXers have heard anything, we'd love to
hear from them. I was still trying to sort out the new schedules when
they went back off. My last recorded log was on Aug. 3. And it was
even before that that they dropped the morning numbers broadcasts from
1600-1857 UTC.``

That`s not surprising, since numbers and RHC obviously have been
sharing same transmitters, now almost all broken. CRI relays maintain

searching FCC LMS on KOKJ hits instead DKOKJ-LP, Elk City TV deleted a

** SPAIN. 17855 at S9+30/40, 17715 & 15520, but no 15390, Wed Sept 11
at 2200, token English from SNR previews feature about the Hay?
Festival in Segovia; news leads with PM Sánchez not recognizing
Edmundo González - yet - as legitimate winner in Venezuela, altho has
been granted political asylum. 2208 interview discussing a fake word
sounding like ``mountweagle`` sometimes inserted into publications to
catch (C)opyright infringement (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** TURKEY. 11785, Sept 11 at 2157 past 2200, no signal direct from VOT
English; but 2201 recheck now a JBA carrier yet soon gone by 2202. No
signal into UTwente checked later about 2225. So they tried but failed
to get on the air. Something`s always erroneous at Emirler (Glenn
Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 356 MCW kHz, Sept 11 at 0711, ND beacon ODX, is JBA, 25
watts at Ord, Nebraska. Heard before but not since May 13. Also JBA
carrier on 251 kHz, likely the closest and beforist, AM, 100 watts
Amarillo TX. Local 341 EI Enid is still off; 255 SW Stillwater JBA

Also confirmed Wednesday September 11 at 1931 on SW Gold Radio,
Germany, 6160.001- at S9+10/15 and 3975.003- at S9+5.

Also confirmed Wednesday September 11 at 2100 on WBCQ 7490-,
sufficient into Maryland SDR; but by 2128 only a JBA carrier direct.
