Someone is on 13710kHz, broadcasting in what sounds like either Farsi or Turkish or, possibly, Dari. Long talk by a female presenter from 0106Z, still going when I tuned out, with music intermittently underneath. The transmitter hum that's present makes me wonder if this could be Voice of Turkey on an unscheduled frequency. Anyone have any idea who this could be?
