S=9+5dB signal strength in Cape Canaveral Cocoa Florida state in US.
Surprisingly heard symphonical classic music played,
and a lot of heavy THUNDERSTORM scratches heard.

6010.007 kHz UNID weak threshold signal S=4 -96dBm level, 23.48 UT
probably the Brazilian poor power unit.

6090 kHz no signal of Gene Scott, Anguilla Antilles religious, not on air.
But heard start of IRIB interval signal at 2345 UT Febr 12.

Heard also on threshold level noise S=5-6 on remotedly SDR units
in Blackpool England, Belgium, The Netherlands and in Bretagne France
too.

IDs finally heard at 2055 UTC, good signal on SDRs in Rockport Maine (at

Then talk show from 2100 (Financial Survival? re 7490 schedule)
But not audible across here in Caversham, UK.

is not the 10 KW Bandeirantes is another person with 30 watts in 6090 MG
state.

maybe you listened to VOV Indonesian on 9840 kHz? IBB RMS graph doesn't 
support any big signal in Jakarta on 9835 kHz at that time:

Nothing heard of RTM Kajang in past days and not in previous hours,
when checked Delhi, Hanoi, Jakarta, Hiroshima nor on Seoul Korea

But RTM Wai FM program from Kajang site on 11665 kHz
heard ON AIR also in 23-24 UT slot tonight Febr UT 11.

Was for the first time since 2018:
MALAYSIA 11665 kHz RTM Kajang, probably RTM Wai/Limbang FM,
heard with HQ morning prayer at 0453 UT on Jan 27 - 2019,
limited S=7-8 signal noted on remote SDR at Hiroshima Japan post.
For the first time RTM heard again after some months break in

transmission. But signal strength suffers a lot.
I guess they are working now in approx. low 30-50 kW class strength.
