Today Monday July 10 noted only a strong US like amateur radio stn
srted around 04.06 UT ... 04.07 UT
on
odd 7284.802 kHz, guy talk on broad Yankee American English on their antenna
type and problems, odd AM signal on lower side around on
7284.793 and 7284.781 kHz at 04.19 UT.
Talk on 'Ground Zero' theme at 04.26 UT on 7284.675 kHz

I did suspect a European broadcaster, so I checked a KiwiSDR receiver in 
Europe and there was only a very faint carrier.

Must be an amateur. On 7284.479 at the moment, but a highly variable
signal. Sure sounds like an amateur to me (at 04:38 UTC).....Walt

Thank you very much to Hugo López from Santiago de Chile for the early 
alert via whastapp at 1435 reporting LRA 36 was on the air.
ANTARCTICA, 15476usb, LRA 36, Radio Nacional Arcángel San Gabriel, Base 
Esperanza on air today Sunday, with special program relaying Radio 
Nacional due to July 9 , day of independence in Argentina. Signal here 
in Friol unreadable at firs, but from 1630 improving and heard at times 
with Radio Nacional comments, strong fading at the moment.
