CONGO, 6210.2, Radio Kahuzi, Bukavu, irregular at closing time (1730-1803*). At this time can be heard here when propagation condition are good. Some days out of air and other on. I have contacted with the station, via email and here is the replay about electricity problems.

We have been on the air most mornings, but city-wide problems have limited most zones to one or two hours during the day and similarly
the nights !
And we were on the air yesterday morning (8h35 to 9h50) and evening the 28 May 2019 -- however, the SNEL cut the current for Bukavu after we relayed the News, after about half an hour at about 18h45.
Today we were on SW 6210 KHz 8h26 to10h00 and lacked current until the evening when it was cut several times until about 19h20 until a cut-off by SNEL at 19h45.
We hope conditions were good enough for you to pick up our signal again.
The main problem seems to be that reconnections of city cables are made without proper use of tape and protection of supply aluminum
cables from the rains and short circuits.
You can imagine how difficult it is to be on the air and protect equipment from current swings to 180 Volts or 380 Volts, when there
are short circuits in local cabinets where the transformers are.

GUINEA, 9650, Radio Guinea, Conakry, this station seems to be out of air for about a weak.Only Saudi Arabia heard on 9650.

BRAZIL: 1280 kHz Radio Tupi, Rio de Janeiro RJ, PP, 01/06 1220. Id ‘Tupi FM,
96.5’, advs from Rio de Janeiro, male communication. 25542 (RG).
Although the station does not informs clearly in its programming, but it is
visible that the Radio Tupi Rio de Janeiro 1280 kHz could be in a
deactivation process on his MW frequency. It recently closed the daily
broadcasts at 0300 UTC (before, they were 24 x 7, a strong signal for
listeners from all over Brazil). Yesterday, switched off the MW signal at
2300 UTC. At this time, 1310 UTC, 1280 kHz is again active. Each day, a
different situation.
There is a big migration process from medium-wave stations to FM frequencies
here in Brazil, but Tupi already has a local FM station (96.5 MHz) in Rio de
Janeiro. In their radio signal with video from the studio (via Internet
'www.tupi.fm') there is no longer any indication about the frequency of 1280
kHz on the screen, and in their voice id and jingles just a mention to their
FM frequency.
Therefore, this can be an announced death from Tupi RJ MW signal (after 85
years!) .
A bad situation for Brazilian radio listeners, but for MW-DXers, there are
good news! With no signal from Tupi on 1280 kHz, several stations was
listened on this frequency: Radio Tacuarembo (Uruguay), Radio La Voz del
Este (Paraguay), and a third station with cumbia style music (Northern
Argentina? Peru?).
