FRANCE   17800.095v kHz  Nov 1 at 1501 UT, MiniTrans. At yacht race
marine weather in French, meteo, after a bit of music, S9. Carrier is
audibly and visibly wobbling, plus/minus at least 7 Hz, centred more or
less here but difficult to pinpoint. I wonder if clients get a discount
for a defective Issoudun transmitter or even know about it.

Others continue reporting the DRM version at 1700 UT on 17795-17805 kHz.

Chris Mackerell-NZ, says, "If they use the "DRMcast" stuff again you
won't be able to decode it without borrowing one of the special
"suitcase" re- ceiver / decoders from one of the yachts. Cheers, Chris".
Well, I had no problem decoding it with an ordinary KiwiSDR.

And Hansjoerg Biener, Germany, says, "On earlier occasions, DXers were
told that neither TDF nor organizers of the race were interested in re-
ception reports from outside" (Glenn Hauser-OK-USA, hcdx and wor Nov 2 / 3)

FRANCE   17800.063v  centered on Nov 3rd. 'Mini-Transat La Boulange' in
French via TDF Issoudun faulty transmitter.

Signal around 15.13 UT Nov 3rd - but shift / hopps up and down 30 to 40
Hertz distance, noted S=8-9 signal in southern Germany.

But yesterday on Nov 2nd noted a centered 'data block' like DRM
transmission 17795 to 17805 kHz from TDF Issoudun broadcast center, in
remote SDR unit at NJ state of USA at 16.30 UT on center string visible
of 17799.330 kHz. - Left me very astonishing.
