Like Walt, I was also a member of ODXA from its inception n 1975, I think? I may even still have my original membership card, number 012.

ODXA seems to still be active on Facebook  and groups.io.    You might 
try those routes.  It's been a long time since I visited their website, 
which gives me the same result you're getting.
