FreeDV is a new voice mode of communication. KC9TZ in a three page article in September QST says (quote) Freedv can use less bandwidth than SSB . . . sound quiet just as FM signals sound quiet compared to AM signals (unquote). 17725  unknown radio station with seemly African language on 1931 , no info on eibi  .Possibly extension of the AWR program  which stops on 1830 The program  on 1926 with English information  and semi religious song before the end as here: -75dbm  After 1932 signal dtopped to -110dbm
