LRA A36, 15476usb, at 2001, 02-09, Juan Benavente announces that next 
Monday September 4, at 1300 Argentine time, an agreement will be signed 
to donate a 10 kW transmitter for LRA 36 that will come into operation 
in 2024. This event will be transmit live on short wave, 15476usb from 
LRA 36.

Since 0548 UT Sept 2 I have been getting this strange unID again, at first direct about 7400.49, after 0600 JBA but enough to get a synch readout at Georgia, Utah, KFS SDRs. Talk, previously enough audible to be American accent preacher. Fq varies a bit constantly. Can anyone else hear, even ID it? 73, Glenn Hauser, OK

Correct frequency is 7300+ not 7400+ It`s late --- Glenn

At 17.30 UT on Aug 31:
5929.983 kHz S=6 or -93dBm signal strength in southern Germany.
15699.642 kHz surprising much strong audio mx program at 17.35 UT on Aug 31
at S=9+10dB level.

15699.646 kHz poor S=4 mx in Athens Greece, 10.00 UT on Aug 31,
maybe will increase strength later the UTC day ...
5929.981 kHz signal poor S=5-6 in Bavaria and Finland heard at 10.12 UT.
Nothing heard/seen on 25800 kHz channel around 10.05 UT today yet.
