Since 0548 UT Sept 2 I have been getting this strange unID again, at first direct about 7400.49, after 0600 JBA but enough to get a synch readout at Georgia, Utah, KFS SDRs. Talk, previously enough audible to be American accent preacher. Fq varies a bit constantly. Can anyone else hear, even ID it? 73, Glenn Hauser, OK

At 17.30 UT on Aug 31:5929.983 kHz S=6 or -93dBm signal strength in southern Germany. 15699.642 kHz surprising much strong audio mx program at 17.35 UT on Aug 31
at S=9+10dB level.
