Very, very unusual at this place which isn't my first choice for DX SWL
sessions, too close to Paris and FM transmitters around.

Heard at very good strength signing on at 1500 on 11620 in English on the 12/9 here in Perth. Very likely this is from KNX as the signal strength and fading patterns were very similar to 11825 Burmese which is definitely from KNX. Local quality at times from 1500-1530. Craig-Perth.

VANUATU, 3945, Radio Vanuatu, Port Vila, 0649-0708, 13-09, only very 
weak carrier detected here in Reinante, NW of Spain. Checked via SDR 
Kiwi remote receivers in New Zealand, on air with its usual program, 
Bislama, English, Island songs, interval signal and identification. Fair 
to good signal
It is a shame for me that Vanuatu does not return to 7260 kHz, because 
3945 is inaudible here and 7260 could be heard at dawn. It could be 
heard here before in the 3945 harmonic of 11835, but now there is no 
such harmonic

According to the identification "El saludo a nuestros oyentes en 
Venezuela...", and that they usually announce the time in Venezuela, 
this station seems to be more of a Venezuelan station than a Colombian 
one, or at least its programs are aimed at the Venezuelan audience.
