Not quite sure of the exact ID. Signal is very good, strong & steady. Ad’s for mobile banking etc.. Definitely high powered transmitter. Haven’t seen any reference to this one but I could have missed something.

I'm hearing a weak station on 4930 kHz. First noted at 2257, still there at 2328. It's best with the antenna pointed S or SW. Does anyone know who this is, or can anyone get good audio? Radio Sur Andina, Peru?
