SFR Paris France 9730 kHz 50 / 25 / 12.5 kW of 1943 - 1985 year.

1943-1945 new SFR Paris shortwave transmitter
Bau eines neuen Senderhauses und Installation von Kurzwellensendern der
Firma SFR Paris und von Telefunken Berlin.
Bis Kriegsende gingen die Sender nicht mehr in Betrieb.



1946
In Wiederau sind wieder 2 Sender in Betrieb. Auf 722 kHz wird das Programm
der sowjetischen Streitkräfte und auf 785 kHz der Mitteldeutsche Rundfunk
ausgestrahlt. Parallel zur Mittelwelle ist auch der SFR Kurzwellensender
im 31-Meter-Band in Betrieb.



1950
Radio Moskau wird auf 1322 kHz mit 70 kW Sendeleistung ausgestrahlt. Der
MDR aus Leipzig wird auf Kurzwelle 9730 kHz = 30,83 m mit maximal 25 kW
Sendeleistung und auf Mittelwelle 1043 kHz = 287,6 m mit 70 kW
Sendeleistung ausgestrahlt. Zeitweise wird das Programm des MDR auch auf
1322 kHz ausgestrahlt. Ein weiterer Sender ist auf 1484 kHz mit 2 kW in
Betrieb.



Dezember 1953
Umbau der bisher nicht in Betrieb genommenen Kurzwellensendern aus den
letzten Kriegsjahren. Der SFR-Sender strahlt nun mit 50 kW auf 9730 kHz.



15. Juni 1972 (auch 15.07.72 möglich?)
Inbetriebnahme des 100-kW-Kurzwellensenders
mit dem Programm von Radio Berlin International.
Als Antennen standen fortan vier Rhombusantennen zur Wahl.



15. Dezember 1985
Der französische SRF 50-kW-Kurzwellensender wurde für immer außer Betrieb
genommen.



03. Oktober 1990
Tag der deutschen Einheit
Über den 100-kW-Kurzwellensender wird statt Radio Berlin International nun
die Deutsche Welle ausgestrahlt.



Herbst 1993
Die Deutsche Welle stellt den Betrieb über den Kurzwellensender in
Wiederau ein.



1994/1995
Abriss und Verschrottung des 100-kW-Kurzwellensenders
vom Funkwerk Köpenick
und Abbau der 4 Antennensysteme für die Kurzwelle

Commissioning of the 100 kW shortwave transmitter with the radio program
Berlin International.
From now on, four rhombus antennas were available as antennas.



15 December 1985
The French SRF 50 kW shortwave transmitter has been permanently shut down
taken.



October 03, 1990
Day of German unity.
The 100 kW shortwave transmitter will now be replaced Radio Berlin
International programmes by Deutsche Welle Cologne broadcast.



Autumn 1993
Deutsche Welle ceases operation via the shortwave transmitter in Wiederau.



1994/1995
Demolition and scrapping of the 100 kW shortwave transmitter
from Funkwerk Berlin Köpenick
and dismantling of the 4 rhombic antenna systems for the shortwave
services

It was an interesting station to listen to but always difficult to receive
in NAm. They clung to 9730 which always got hit by Switzerland 5 kHz up. I
think they only used a 50kW sender
