operator of the station, he says yesterday they had a transmitter 
failure, and they only were on air via internet. The operator 
participates LRA 36 will be on air next Saturday 21th March, 1000 hours 
Argentinian time, 1300 UTC, with a special program about "Aniversario de 
la Base Antartica San Martín". Reception reports can be sent in Spanish 
and English.

774 was LOUD, even for 30-60s at a time

I got about 20-30 seconds of decent, Discernible on 1566

Also had audio on 693, 747 and 828

I also had some hers elsewhere on the dial including 972
