Looks like we’ll have a DX Test from KLIV in the next week or two after the
temporary site is built and on the air.

Keep a close eye out on your email, we may only have 24 hours advanced
notice of the test time

Paul,

Considering the new antenna, I wonder if the engineer would be interested in doing a DX Test when they return to the air? Morse Code ID’s, sweep files, etc…just to see how the antenna was performing?

I could put together the files and send them to him or her via e-mail.

Legendary KLIV 1590 San Jose, CA isn't dead, it looks like it's going to
sputter back to life
KLIV will be getting an STA for 500 Watts from a wire antenna to be located
at 556 N. 16th Street, San Jose.. a residential neighborhood. One end will
be attached to a temporary portable tower, the other end is going to be
