Radio Beacon W4BCX was logged at 1012UTC on October 23, 2023 on a frequency of .475670 mhz longwave. Signal strength -9 db in WSPR mode. Location Melbourne, FL which is 1116 miles from Douglas, MA. RX: Palstar R30A. ANT: 529 foot horizontal loop at 30 feet. Bill Smith

I have been hearing several beacons on this frequency. One identified in CW
as W8JI. Several of them seem to follow a sequence - one will stop
transmitting and another will appear. I haven't installed WSPR on my
computer yet, so I haven't been able to decode anything from the others.
