They seem to go to night pattern way earlier then the official FCC Time.
They are 50KW full time, but different patterns day and night.
Pattern change time is 930pm mountain/830pm pacific, but they switched
patterns at 821pm . How do I know? Listening in Laramie, WY clear as day,
850 miles away and they COMPLETELY disappeared in the middle of their
traffic news sounder.

Last winter, id caught them changing patterns five minutes every day
regardless of the month

BHUTAN 6035even kHz. BS BTN Thimphu in Sharchogpa language scheduled,
S=9+10dB signal in Delhi Perseus unit.
At 01.37 UT on Aug 18.
But was OFF air when checked at 01.48 UT again !?
6 kHz wide audio visible, mostly audio on lower sideband seen !

Lately, some heavy political dispute in that mountain region,
about the demarcation line between India / Bhutan and China,
remnants of the British Empire finale of 1948 on South Asian subcontinent.

Reno: KFOY 1060 Sold Back To Lotus, 1180 KCKQ Gets Deleted

It looks like the talk programming from 1180 will simply move over to
1060. Having one more station would put Lotus over the cap, the day
signals at 5kw day ND for 1060 and 4KW Day ND for 1180 arent much
different... but 1060 is 500W 2 towers night, not very directional and 1180
is a 2 tower very directional missing alot of the city 190 watt night
signal.

Thanks to Scott Fybush for helping me suss out in the contract for the sale
what I missed
