off frequency, immediately suggesting it`s USAGM Saipan, one of its
most off-capable sites, along with São Tomé. HFCC confirms Saipan,
A-20 now running 1500-1900.

9910.036, April 4 at 1537, another off-frequency Korean, bet it`s the
same. Not in HFCC of March 30 but yes in Aoki/NDXC April 4 as another
RFA Korean from Agignan Point MRA = SAIPAN at 1500-1700

1500-1700 NF 9910 SAI 250 kW / 325 deg to EaAs Korean, ex 9850

5836.054 exact  REuropa With oldies that time with a country rock song . passes 1200 with nostop on the song,nor IDing after the song. -100/125dbm Poor  on NL and Italy on 1200 , fair but very clear onBudapest and Romania!!  On 1246 better signal-95dbm at raises by the time while I was listening it for getting the ID anddoing several PC worx . 1342 finally a Romanian song   then Russiansongs .Fair also in Poland  .The playlisthas gaps by 2-4 seconds between songs
