Max SNR -signal to noise ratio - was 25 db with fades up to 18 db  range  Phonein discussions presentation by YL then by OM . ID as ZBCR1 on 0453 then two bridgemusic clips , adverts then news.   PossibleID on top of hour when SNR  was too low.

Yes, today on the air giving the language as Malayalam. A het from Sound
of Hope, Taiwan on 11580.14 kHz, so I think it was that you heard in
Chinese, not TWR.
