I found TRT Turkish for Europe on the odd frequency of 9780 kHz in place
of their usual 9460 kHz.
Heard just after 1800 UT, but they were probably using 9780 from 1600 UTC
sign on.
Did not listen any longer to see if they realised their mistake and QSYd
back to 9460.
