New frequencies for our programmes beamed on India, at 04.00 hours UTCDear friends, you can listen to our broadcast for India, at 04.00 hours UTC, on 15 260 kHz in the DRM system, and, as of January 12, 2022, on the frequency of 17 700 kHz in the DRM system, too. This week we present some recent releases.
The broadcasts take place:
1. For Eastern Europe but audible well beyond the target area in most of the Eastern Hemisphere (including parts of East Asia and Oceania) with 100Kw, Sunday 1500-1600 UTC on SpaceLine, 9400 KHz, from Sofia, Bulgaria (1800-1900 MSK)
2. For the Americas and parts of Europe, Tuesday 0100-0200 UTC on WBCQ, 7490 kHz from Monticello, ME, USA (Monday 8-9PM EST in the US).
3 & 4. For Europe and sometimes beyond, Tuesday 1900-2000 UTC and Saturday 1300-1400 UTC (NEW FOR B21) on Channel 292, 6070 kHz from Rohrbach, Germany.

TURKEY  TRT Emirler uses the 'squaek screech faulty tone' transmitter
unit today this Tue Jan 11:

stronger than Vatican Radio 13830 or 11935 kHz at same time in western
Europe and Iceland Kiwi server units:

11815.003 kHz TRT Emirler daily in Turkish 14.00-16.57 UT noted at 15.40
UT S=9+40dB or -38dBm signal strength

11 x strings parallel either sideband of  >1300 Hertz< tone, fault visible.

TRT Emirler TUR - Enid OK distance of 10216 kilometers at 320degr azimuth,

for example like former DWL Juelich azimuth angle 5 x hops of each 2000
kms, best signal these days was a single hop of 2000 kms towards Moscow
USSR or Sofia Bulgaria.

Santa Maria di Galeria to Enid OK distance is 8800 kilometer at 310 degrees,

path is across Varna BUL, Bucuresti ROU, Berlin GER, Flensburg GER,
Faroe Island, North Atlantic, Greenland, Wisconsin, Iowa state path.


and VATICAN STATE  Vatican Radio outlets 13830 and 11935 kHz even from
bcast center Santa Maria di Galeria, at 15.34 UT S=9+20 or -53dB, resp.
S=9+15dB or -61dBm,

BACKLOBE azimuth in southern Iceland Kiwi rx server noted remotedly.

World Music Radio (WMR) is on the air now (since January 1st 2022) 24
hours 7 days a week on 15790 kHz from Randers, Denmark. Power is 20
Watts only - into a 3 element yagi beamed south. Reception is possible
at times in Central and Southern Europe, but suffers from strong
interference from the new DRM transmitter on 15785 kHz.

So these are the WMR transmitters currently on the air:
927 kHz – 200W – Hvidovre, Copenhagen
5930 kHz – 200W – Bramming
15790 kHz – 20W – Randers
25800 kHz – 65W – Mårslet, Aarhus

Radio Romania International in Ukrainian had been off-air from 02.Nov.2021 to 03.Jan.2022 due to a technical problem with the rotable antenna in Săftica (pronunciation ≈ "Seftika"):

The problem has been solved, and the broadcasts are back on SW (power = 100 kW) since 04.Jan.2022:
1600-1630 UTC on 5955 kHz
