FORIMMEDIATE RELEASE: TEXAS RADIO SHORTWAVE ANNOUNCES BROADCAST

SCHEDULEFOR JUNE – DECEMBER 2020

GULF OFMEXICO, May 29, 2020 — Texas Radio Shortwave, an American free radio station,today announced its formal broadcast schedule for the rest of 2020.  These broadcasts are aimed at Europeanlisteners and usually will feature music by Texas artists.  The first three programs will highlight BuddyHolly, Willie Nelson, and Roy Orbison.

Channel 292in Germany will transmit the hour-long programs at 0900 UTC on 6070 kHz with a powerof 10 kW.  Broadcasts are scheduled onthe third Saturday of each month.  Thosedates are June 20, July 18, August 15, September 19, October 17, November 21,and December 19. 

Channel 292will broadcast a special program at 1900 UTC on December 25, 2020, on the same frequency.

Texas RadioShortwave will schedule programs on other dates, times, and stations to reach

listenersin North America and Europe.

Texas RadioShortwave verifies 100 percent of all correct, detailed reception reports.  The

stationoften issues special, limited-edition eQSLs for its programs.  

Receptionreports must include times, song titles, the text of announcements, a SINPO/SIO

signalrating, information on receiver and antenna, and comments on the programcontent. 

Listenersusing remote software-defined receivers (SDRs) should mention that.  Texas Radio

Shortwavewould like to receive audio clips of the broadcasts along with the detailedreports.

7440 Radio 292 airing (t) Isle of music  -German Eng program-  start on 1558 and ID 1600 with clock    with -84/-130dbm  peak  to -80 and fades up to 30 db , mentioning Cuba Nice Latin song on 1603 it reminds me the songs  of 70s Some QRm from BBC on 7445 with -70db signal . 2x3.3kHz wide audio again nice song of the past `bayabaya'  on 1655 adna a song played with flute in the start and a address on gmail . French spelling of the station name on 1658
1701 with new program (presume  Uncle Bill )with opera songs on the 1700 and 1702 the second is quite funny hearing with funny opera singing and talking  across the audience!
