I will take D layer enhancement during the day for the MW band and 24/7
E-layer enhancement for round the clock FM ESkip. ;)
On another note, I saw that for the 2020 Summer Olympics, they are spending
millions on making a man made Meteor shower. How about 24/7 Meteor
scatter, too?
